Great. They came when needed which is sometimes hard to coordinate with most Electricians and performed both tasks to satisfaction.

Brian came to quote the job, which a lot of electrician will not do. Kept me informed as to scheduling. Showed up on schedule and completed the work. The results were exactly what I was looking for. Would use him again.

Brian and Dan ran into whatever issues they could have with upgrading our service and bringing everything up to code. They worked efficiently and even later than their usual day in order to finish the job. We had other electrical thins to be done but we agreed we would wait on them since it was late and I needed to have some other work done first to insure the job a little easier for them. They were professional and respectful of my home and keeping me updated if they ran into an issue. Will definitely be using them in the future. Brian was very attentive to getting back to me when I needed to reschedule them do to a death in the family and unexpected visitors and was also very good with a few last minute add ons.

They are very friendly and have great communication. They will call to confirm the day before and right before the come. Very punctual and the prices to get things repaired very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for home owners looking to get electrical repairs done at an affordable cost. Buying $39 for whole-house electrical inspection is a good deal especially since they identify everything that is wrong quickly and you can't go wrong at that price for an electrician vist

Brian did a wonderful job wiring our complete kitchen remodel. He added new recessed lights, new circuits for appliances, wiring for a toe kick heater and range hood. Old wiring was removed. Additionally, Brian upgraded our service panel. Brian and Dan were very prompt, professional, and quality focused. Pricing was competitive. We would not hesitate to use B-Tec Electric again, and do indeed plan to use B-Tec to complete lighting in our dining room in the very near future! Thank you Brian and Dan!

Great. Brian is responsive, professional, timely and knowledgeable. We have used him numerous times for a variety of electrical needs: troubleshooting wiring issues, installing ceiling fans and installing exterior motion sensor lighting. Would definitely recommend.

Brian was professional and timely in the entire process. Brian and Dan handled the installation efficiently and in the estimated timeframe. They left the installation areas neat and clean. They were courteous and communicated effectively.

Brian and one other came to get the power back on, checked things over with the control panels in the basement, got the lights working again as they have been out for a long time, nice to have lighting again. We bought three new better qualify lighted ceiling fans and they installed and all was done in a short time. Very pleased with his communication, information provided on questions and his recommendations for fixes and answering my concerns with this old home and old wiring. I would certainly hire again and highly recommend them.

His estimate was fully competitive with another estimate that I had received. Further, Brian was able to schedule the installation in a prompt manner. The work itself was completed as promised and on-time, even though a part of the heating system was inoperative and needed to be exchanged at the supply wholesaler. Brian was wonderful. He's professional, returns phone calls, and even calls to confirm appointments. He was also on time. Brian did a great job installing the circuit box and cleaned up afterwards. B-Tec was highly professional. My calls were answered promptly. They provided us with a free estimate and once we agreed to contract them, B-Tec placed a call to confirm time and date. Two electricians came and they worked efficiently as a team to get all the jobs done. Everything was done in excellent quality. We would highly recommend them.

Brian showed up in time as per the pre-scheduled date and time. He did a thorough job of inspecting every single connection in a methodical way. He was very professional and courteous. He had many nice suggestions for us. At the end of the job he gave us a report almost instantaneously. Although I had not addressed any of the to-do list so far but I will call him for any job that I intend to do in future related to electrical appliances.

Brian was prompt and very professional. I am a single woman who ALWAYS has a hard time finding someone to come to my house for small jobs. If and when I do find someone they often will overcharge. I found Brian by word of mouth thru a colleague. (who raved about him). My 65 year old Mom was home to supervise the job. She felt very comfortable and safe. I was impressed by how Brian cleaned up after himself. I have already recommend Brian to my friends, family and colleagues.

We were very pleased with everything he did. He was very neat in installing the hi-hats in the ceilings and did not chip any of the existing paint. We were very happy that we did not have to repaint the ceilings. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.
