It's amazing that he is a full service agent who still offers a 1% rebate. He was incredibly responsive and professional - answering emails all days of the week and all hours of the day. He worked around our busy work schedules to show us places on the evening and weekend. The fact that he could do all this and still offer us thousands of dollars back on the purchase of our home in the rebate is terrific. I would *highly* recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in New Jersey.
Description of Work: Glen Taylor (of 1 Percent Back Real Estate) was our agent for our home purchase, including showing us homes, guiding us through the process, providing referrals to other service providers (lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc), and helping us negotiate both on the original purchase and also on the home inspection issues.
