The workmanship was excellent. Thedoor closes fine, he fixed the old lock instead of using the new one I had bought. Both are working like new. You now would never know there were once craters in the walls. The walls are very smooth and even. We had tried to repair some of the holes ourselves and we had a mess in the bathroom wall. I did not think it could ever look as good ( just like new) as Art made them look. I would hire Art again for any work that I need done that he does. He came on time, and he kept in contact . His work was impeccable and he worked very fast. He was very willing to share his knowledge. .BTW I have a small dog that barks a little too much at strangers. Art showed me a very gentle technique to stop the barking. It worked within 2 days. I am happier with the decreased barking, and my dog is much less stressed when she comes upon a person in the street, or a car racing by. If you read this Art...thanks from me and Winnie.

Very responsive and professional, would definitely call again

It worked out very, very well. He contacted me immediately and we arranged the day. The price turned out to be slightly higher only because he went over the 2 hours, but it was agreed upon before he did it. It was an extra $50 for a portion of a 3rd hour. He was very good at clean up. We worked together. I have potentially scheduled him for further work. The price for the work that was done was excellent.

He did the following: repair water damaged ceiling, caulked garage window, repaired stucco in garage. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.

Art was very professional from the start. He came to inspect the job at the agreed time, and came back to do it on the agreed date. He called in advance each time to confirm that he would be coming. He was extremely friendly and polite throughout. The job was a little tricky as he had to climb up a ladder to do it. He got it all done promptly in one afternoon, at a reasonable price (he charges by the hour so we did not know in advance exactly what the cost would be). The quality of his work was superb, and we'll definitely recommend him to friends and work with him again.

He caulked the garage window, plastered the garage wall, fixed the gutter, plastered ceiling in living room (a crack), primed and painted it. Everything went fine, we were satisfied with his work.

It took him about four days to complete the work and he cleaned up well after each day. He was responsive and available throughout the entire process. The service was good. He was very personable. He was also able to give my husband some tips and helpful recommendations of how to do things ourselves.

The owner of the repair company did not show up even though time and day was scheduled. Very unprofessional.

The work turned out very well. We really like Mr. Balinkie and have used his services several times! He is very honest and returns all the calls on the phone. When he makes an appointment, he shows up. He does a good job and is quite reasonable. We would call him any time and we are very pleased with him.

They were very good. I would recommend them. I had a good experience with Art Taylor. He is a good friend and I have known him since elementary school. If I had my own business, I would want to conduct things the way he does. He is responsive, he calls back to follow up, he is clean, and he does neat work. I appreciate the fact that I can get Art to come here and do what I need. I have had experiences in the past where people say they would come, then they don’t come or call back and a lot of contractors these days do that. However, Art is not like that.

Art was on time. Did all the work that was agreed and left the premises in a neat and clean condition.

This was my first time using him. We thought he was very good. What we didn't appreciate is that he charges by the hour. He was there a long time. The job, which started out simple, got more complicated. He does a very good job. He's very thorough. He comes when he tells you he's going to come. His work product is very good. We had a follow-up problem. I don't think it's his fault.
