The pros who came over my house to change the valves from the radiators were quick, efficient, reliable and polite. The job lasted an hour.

Very quick response time. Completed installation in one day. Job performed very professionally. Very satisfied with the price and outcome.

SOS recommended an expensive repair, which I did. Within one month, the air conditioning stopped cooling again. I asked them to stand behind their work by returning and fixing the AC. After first promising to come back, SOS stopped responding to my emails. I believe a service company should follow up when its repair doesn't hold up. I will look elsewhere next time.

Mike, John, Andres, and Stalin were an excellent team, and very neat. For a very difficult attic install they had to make a few adjustments to the original plan which added a bit to the cost. They were very fair and their overall cost was half of what one of the bigger companies wanted to charge. Highly recommend!

Just moved to a new area and looked for a contractor to install Central A/C and ductwork. The estimate they gave us matched up perfectly to what the job actually costed. They were able to start the next day. The work crew arrived promptly every day at 8am and didnt leave until 6:30 every evening. They were sure to clean up at the end of each day and worked cleanly and efficiently. Rob, Mike and John along with Andreas and Stalin made this process absolutely seamless for us. We couldnt have asked for a better group to take of our first home. Mike called me for a couple days following installation to see everything was working correctly. Truly wonderful people to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again and i recommend them for HVAC and any other service they provide.

Instead of servicing the unit only I wish they also serviced the radiator units in each rooms

Working with Rob, the owner of SOS Work Services has been easy from the outset. SOS put an entire HVAC system in on our house built in the 1700s. From our first phone conversation, things went smoothly. Rob communicated clearly throughout the job. His guys were always there when he said they would be. His two primary HVAC installers, Mike and John, are knowledgeable, smart and courteous - truly gentlemen. We had a kitchen renovation going on simultaneous to the HVAC install and Mike and John were very flexible and worked around any schedule conflicts with other subcontractors. Every day they left the house cleaner than when they walked in the door. The job was started and completed as promised, within the same price range, if not lower, than the several other estimates we had for the work. It was finished just in time for the recent heat and humidity and the system works great. For anyone thinking about installing HVAC, SOS should be your first call.
