They were incredibly quick in responding to my call and great on the phone. Then they showed up on time, did a great job and sent follow up estimates for potential future work. Really great customer service and expertise.

The work consisted of replacement of gas furnace as well as air conditioning unit from early 1990's. SOS's price quote was competitive with two other quotes. I elected SOS specifically due their responsiveness, cooperation, proximity, and rating on Angi's List: 1) owner (Rob S.) came out immediately on a Saturday a couple hours after my call to review job and provided the price quotation within a couple of days, 2) quoted work with different AC manufacturers based on my preferences - did not try to push other units, 3) scheduled work per my calendar request. The crew. lead by Michael W., was very hard working, professional, and dedicated. I was also very impressed that crew performed a separate pre-inspection a week before the installation to familiarize themselves with the scope and work out a few details. Job was completed according to the schedule and quoted price!!! In summary, I'm very happy with the quality of work as well as my decision to select SOS. I highly recommend selecting SOS.

Robert is unqualified to be a general contractor. He was ALWAYS here to get advance payments and never came to see the work being done. He charged my 81 year old mother for a 60sq ft. powder room, and he only built 42sq ft. for$900 a square foot. Insane!! We were extremely desperate to have this powder room built due to her ailing health. He promised it would be quick. However, it took almost 8 months due to the negligence of the company with the application for permits and the inferior employees. The plumbing failed twice! He finally hired a real licensed plumber. The foundation inspection failed as well. I absolutely do not recommend Robert as a general contractor. He simply does not care. This company left the job incomplete. A horrible experience from this man!

I am very pleased and satisfied with SOS. The service was great, from the time they came to my home to provide an estimate until the time the work was completed, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them!

I had a 35 yr old boiler made by valiant by in the 90s and we finally saved enough to replace it this year and many companies provided quotes. We compared all of them and we decided to hire Robert and his crew. Well they showed up the same weekend and install a 200,000 new Utica boiler in one day. The work is neatly done and the crew worked till 8:00pm to ensure my house is heated that night. The zone valve (honeywell made) somehow is causing a weird water hammering when shutting off. John (one of the John's crew) drops by my house multiple time to try resolve issue and succeeded. I'm very happy now and glad I went with this team. Will recommend!

They can do everything under one umbrella

Excelllent communication skills....wonderful company as they give all or some of their pofits to help those who are struggling in this world. ... polite and friendly,... workers.... definitely recommend to anyone of our friends... Thanks Robert and crew for a job well done!!

They were prompt and resourceful and very clean. It was a difficult job because the utility room is very small, but they managed it and everything is working great!

The first contract (Air Conditioning) went very well and completed on time. The second (Masonry) was delayed and took a while to complete. The workmanship was OK anyways.

I appreciate the responsiveness and the professionalism of the SOS Work Services personnel. Rob took time to listen to my concerns, quickly came to my home to evaluate the issue, and explained how everything would be resolved. Excellent customer service and excellent technicians. I highly recommend them.

Rob, Mike, and the SOS Work Services team are all fantastic. They are professional, show up on time, and don't try to upsell you on the work. They recommend exactly what you need, not something that will make them more money. They have repaired a furnace and installed a new water heater for me and have done excellent work both times. I cannot recommend them enough!

They called immediately, gave me a reasonable and fair estimate for the maintaince service to my boiler over the phone! They then arrived or called when they said they would; completed the job expertly and without delay and cleaned the work space beatifully: Tom, was polite and kind, Thanks Tom! I will definitely use SOS again.

Horrible experience because after the boilers were installed and I had issues, it was difficult to get anyone to come back and this guy rob doesnâ t return your calls after the job is done. Today which is 3 yrs later I had to pay another company to rearrange the piping for the boilers this company installed. I have two boilers and they only installed one pressure reducing valve in the wrong spots as well as they created several drain pipes for no reason. Additionally they also placed the pumps for both boilers in the wrong places. Rob, you need to go back to school with your plumbers. SOS hires people off the street with no qualifications to pay little and make money. Beware of SOS. Call another service provider for a second opinion before you do anything else. If they start telling you some different stories, the are not trustworthy.

I wonderful experience all around

Very professional, punctual and delivered what was promised.

We had several issues for 5 years with a 100 year-old steam system banging, hissing and even leaking. New boiler installed by another company didnâ t fix the issue. In less than 10 minutes SOS identified the issue, and within a few hours it was fixed. Our house is now warm in every room and silent! Very service oriented and friendly. Will hire every year for maintenance going forward.
