Description of Work: PZ Painting replaced 5 windows in our home. Construction was needed to enlarge all the opening and move two windows. PZ Painting did a great job and were able to get the permits and work done quickly. We are extremely pleased with the finish product!

+ 1 moreWent well. With several days of warmer than normal weather, was able to get house painted quickly in November rather than waiting for Spring. Team was very professional, did a meticulous job and left property clean. PZ Painting Owner stopped by through out week while work being conducted.
Description of Work: Primed and painted exterior of 3000 sq ft house. Water pressured house and deck. Sanded, repaired water damaged trim where needed and chalked. Stained large deck. Painted and hung new wood shutters.

+ -1 moreThe job was sub-contracted out to a bunch of guys who appeared to be from the same family. The job quality was not uniform- some places the quality was good and mediocre at other places. Overall, the job reflected the price. I don't think he differentiated himself from any other run-of-the-mill operator.

+ -1 moreHeiner and his crew came out to see the project and gave us an estimate within a day. The price was good and we decided to have them skim coat our bathroom walls and ceiling which looked uneven and had cracks in the plaster. When the crew arrived, they were very professional and made sure to cover rugs, furniture and doorways before they started work. We were impressed by how great the bathroom turned out so we asked them to also do the ceilings of three additional rooms and a walk in closet. Everything turned out great, but after the crew had gone I noticed a bubble in the paint or plaster on the ceiling of the walk in closet. I called Heiner who came back to my home within an hour of my call and had a man there that same evening to fix it. The finished walls and ceilings look fantastic, we couldn't be happier with the work they did.
Description of Work: Skim coat, and paint walls/ceiling in bath of a 1931 home with plaster walls. Skim coat and paint ceilings of three rooms.
