David did a great job with replacing and securing both the dryer hose and vent. He did not take long to complete the job. He came prepared with all the materials needed. It was a pleasure to have met him.

Our carpenter was prompt, courteous and very neat. He did exactly what he said he would and his estimate was almost spot on. The work took place over a couple of days and scheduling was very easy even during their busy time

David was the technician. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was careful about tracking in any dirt from the outside and was excellent cleaning up after the work was completed. He was careful to do exactly what was asked of him and worked very hard until the job was completed. Perfectly. Paul Vojt was punctual & very pleasant. He hung several mirrors, pictures and a clock. He hung my garden sink, tarped my shed roof, and fixed the bathroom door in the basement. Placed hardware main bathroom . And was especially nice to my dogs. Nice to know that no job is too small.

Due to some conflicts we had to reschedule twice. It was handled with great professionalism and when the person did arrive to complete the work-they were quick thorough and very courteous. I am incredibly pleased and will absolutely look their way for future projects.

The scheduling was easy and efficient. We hand a larger job than expected so the company have to send out several handymen but Dave Ekenrod was the primary technician. All the guys were very friendly and professional. They worked cleanly and did a great job getting my house ready to sell.

I’ve used this company twice. Both men were on time, professional and left the work area clean. He took the boxes, swept up and wipe down the counters. The quote seemed high but worth it at the end based on the high quality of work. I would definitely use again.

Kassi scheduled our work very promptly and another staff member followed up on the details. Everything went smoothly on the day, and took less time than I expected. John was friendly and efficient -- taking care of business in short order. Replacing the light fixtures by our front door was a little tricky re: the cedar siding, but he effortlessly adapted the installation to the situation. Perfect! The old wooden post mailbox was rotted and barely standing...he took it all away, dug a deep new hole and installed the steel post, using quick setting concrete, and fitted the new mailbox. He even scalped some sod to leave on top... When John was finished, you would have thought the mailbox had always been there. I plan on calling on Mr. Handyman, and John, in the future.

Ideally, 3 seperate reviews should be done, because i interfaced with 3 seperate people. basically the technicians were punctual and friendly. the first technician, John was just at my apt for drywall repairs. He is on the verge of retirement (in his 60s) and didn't do a good job. the next day the paint was peeling/cracking. Then I emailed/called Anne Sheridan (who answers the phone) since Mr. Handyman has a guarantee on their work. She basically accused me of lying and we had to go back and forth at least 4 times over email and have a long winded phone call just to have a return technician to resolve the situation. So Anne can improve her soft skills; it shouldn't be a hassle to resolve a situation. I also asked that her manager call me, but I never got a call. Finally another technician, Michael O'Donnell was sent out. He was not just friendly, but also great at his job. When he left the drywall looked good and stayed that way. I also needed additional work done (shelving and door locks) which Michael repaired quickly and effectively. Mr. Handyman is a little pricey though...I wish the hourly rate was more affordable. However, the friendliness, vetting, punctuality, and competence of the technicians as well as the guarantee makes their service worthwhile.

My husband had cervical spine surgery early in January and was in rehab. Before his return home, we needed grab bars in our showers as well as hand rails along two short flights of stairs. I contacted Mr. Handyman (on a Saturday and holiday weekend), and to my surprise received a call back the same day. Ron explained his services and costs, and scheduled his craftsman Robert to come that Monday to see what was needed. Robert then returned on Wednesday and installed everything by end of day...great work, exactly what we needed and when we needed it. I'm very pleased with the quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality and overall professionalism of both Ron and Robert. The cost was more than I was expecting, but parts were the culprit, which I had underestimated. Rob addressed all my concerns before I paid the invoice. Overall, very happy with Mr. Handyman!

they showed up when they promised, got the job done and I did not have to chase a service person. I made ONE call and done-usually I have to text or call multiple private providers and hope one can fit me in-This group was speedy and did a great job- they are now my #1 go to for anything in my house. I value my time as well as others and it was a great experience-highly recommend them. You get what you pay for they were fair and delivered the solution.

The work was of high quality. The price was high for the nature of the work but they were responsive and completed the work 2 days after the initial request. He did not clean up after himself and asked me to remove all of the debris and cuttings.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Handyman of Clark. Everything from discussing the project, to making the appointment, to having the work done met my expectations. I recently purchased a pre-cut piece of butcher block and was looking for someone to install it. I called to make an appointment and spoke with the owner Christina. She collected the details of my project and requested that I send photos. Dean was the technician. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. In 2.5 hours, Dean unhooked my sink, removed the old Formica counter, and installed the butcher block ensuring that it was level on my uneven 100-year-old kitchen cabinets. I chose Mr. Handyman because they provide an experienced and skilled tradesperson from a reliable company. Considering all of this, I found the price to be very reasonable. It is worth noting that they charge a flat hourly fee for all work, regardless of what it is (e.g. same hourly fee for putting together furniture vs. more intricate, skilled carpentry). Overall, I highly recommend Dean and Mr. Handyman of Clark. I will definitely reach out to them in the future.

I had two jobs performed by two different handymen on two different instances. On each occasion, the handymen were professional, knowledgeable, and well equipped not only to perform the tasks at hand but also to address any issues/problems. For instance, the bathroom door I purchased was 1/5 of an inch wider than the door I was replacing and the handyman was able to shave it down to fit. Overall, I like the format of being able to assign a "list" of items/projects to be tackled around the house.
