It went well, the salesman paid a lot of attention to our needs and helped us choose the right flooring and tiles for our kitchen and bathrooms. He spent a lot of time explaining the different options and also did not push for one vs. the other and let us take our time to come to a decision. The tiles were delivered to our contractor in time. This was a one-time transaction but the experience was good.

Jasco had a great selection of tile and did a great job of advising us on the pros and cons of the different tiles that we were considering. We needed a non-slip tile for the bathroom floor and the one they recommended was perfect. Everything we ordered was delivered in advance of when they promised it to us. We couldnt have been happier with Jasco tile, recommend them highly to anyone needing tile of any type and will definitely use them again!!!

The tiles we ordered came in within the time specified. The showroom has a large and various selection. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

The quality of the job was workmanlike but less than perfect. Floor tile was not as level as it could be. Mismatches in a few tiles are noticeable under bare feet. Backsplash tile was laid nicely. About 6-8 months after the job was completed, we noted that the grout was sort of "eroding" out of some of the grouted floor joints.No cracks, no large pieces coming out. The joints just were no longer full after a few cleanings. We contacted Jasco, who came out to regrout the joints. Now we note that the grout is coming out of other joints so we called them again. Jasco;s position is that the grout was probably defective. On the positive side, the installation crew has been extremely accommodating. We remodeled the kitchen without a general contractor, and the installer really helped us out in doing a couple little tasks that were incidental to the tile work. He was also great about working to a very demanding installation schedule that was required by the cabinet installer.

Very well. The sub-contractor did and excellent job. He had to put in a new wooden floor beneath the tile also. He was very considerate of the disruption a project like this is and did his best to make it as easy on us as possible. We developed a nice rapport with each other. he was also considerate of my carpeting in the next room where we had to place the kitchen table and chairs and refrigerator for several days. Was very concerned with dirtying the carpet. He did a good job on the tiles.

All the gentlemen associated with Jasco were very polite and helpful, often offering other options that we did not know about. Attention to detail was always a priority; they are very knowledgeable of the business.

The order process was seamless and the saleperson (Larry) was very helpful in finding listello, marble sills, and other materials for the job. The problems arose with the installation - it took 3 men 6 days for one small bathroom floor only and the master floor and shower tile....the lead installer had comments about the quality of work of all other vendors in the house.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE INSTALLER.

Fabulous A plus

I had accidentally ripped the vinyl floor and they came out and did the repair. I used them because I had an issue with another company. They completely helped us with picking up the type of tiles within our price range and helped us with things we wanted to get done in the kitchen. The guy who came, the subcontractor was very helpful. He went out of his way doing extra things at no extra charge that I know other people would have charged for. I would use them again in the future.

The sales people there were extremely helpful as we couldn't find the same quality even at Home Depot. They gave us several samples to choose from in order to take home for a few days so we could decide which one we liked the most.Within a few days later after we decided to have the work done, the installer came out and measured and explained options and how they will be installing it. About a week later the installer came back and installed the flooring. They were neat and cleaned up afterward and I didn't have to worry.The job was so professionally done everyone loves the flooring when they see it .

After a horrible experience at Home Depot and having to get reimbursed from a botched installment, we went to Jasco Tiles to speak to a salesman about doing our kitchen for us. They were extremely helpful and gave us more of a selection as well as ideas in how to decorate our kitchen within our budget. Three days later the installer came and measured and was most pleasant. He even went out of his way to install new outlets and switches as well as putting in a new gas cut off switch for our stove with no extra charge as long as we provided him with the items. Where else can you find service with a smile like this? Certainly not Home Depot where they have the customer doing most of the work preparing for them to come in and do the work. One week later the installer arrived and had to undo what Home Depot's installer did in order to start his work which took all day. The job done was superb ! Clean, neat workmanship and very polite professionals. Everyone who enters the kitchen loves the glass mosaic tiles and the accents that compliment it on the other side of the room. I would highly recommend these people anytime.

THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID THE FLOORING VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE DONE ON TIME AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT.
