We have been using Coraggio Brothers for many years now, and they are the best. When we noticed water leaking through the dining room wall during a shower on the afternoon of new year's eve, we knew we had trouble. Our house was built in the late 19th century so the plumbing is old and these things happen. Kevin came out within two hours to size up the job, and he fixed it on Saturday morning when the plumbing supply store was open to get the parts. Excellent work as always: clean, competent, and punctual. They are the best!

They made an effort to squeeze me in since needed to determine if break in line for other contractor work. Ran under driveway, so a bit of a challenge to snake it. Husband glad did not try on own. Able to clear it, although clear there was an issue with it mid point and trouble to keep clear.

Kevin came on time. He took the time to look at each issue and answer all my quesitons - even those that were speculative about possible renovations. He suggested a cheap fix rather than the full repair for an issue saving me about $300! He was patient, honest and genuinely nice. Highly recommend.

I was in the process of soliciting bids to replace my oil-burning boiler with a new gas-burned. CORAGGIO brothers came highly recommended. I had to call twice before someone responded to my request; they made an early morning appointment to survey the job...they totally wasted my time: no show, no call. In my view, the Corragio brothers did not behave in a professional manner. If they didn't want my business, they should have said as much. I would never recommend these guys to anyone I care about

Excellent experience! Communication, responsiveness and professionalism were wonderful. The plumber arrived walked me through the job and provided an estimate. The job was completed in a timely manner and it appears very well done. The plumber notified me of an important issue that may need to be addressed in the future. This particular item is not something Coraggio Brothers services. So, he obviously had his client's best interest in-mind. I also requested some additional work on HVAC system that Coraggio Brothers does not perform (non-boiler related). A day or two later a received a call from the owner(?) telling me that he was reviewing the job notes and noticed that I needed a referral to a forced-air HVAC technician. Now that is thorough! Great job! Keep-up the good work.

We discovered water in the basement around midnight - small puddles near the washing machine. As it was not an active problem, it was not what I would describe as an emergency. I had a phone call into Coraggio's by 8am the next morning (thinking it was a problem with a washing machine). By 8:30am I had a phone call back from Joe Coraggio diagnosing what he thought to be the problem (given my limited description and plumbing knowledge). He indicated that he would have someone out by the afternoon. By 1:30 p.m. (with a phone call a half hour ahead of arrival) I had a plumber in my basement diagnosing the problem (I was wrong - the sewer was backing up) and he was on his way to snaking the line clean. It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete. No mess with peace of mind at the end of it. The plumber kept me involved in the process and showed/explained what was going on each step of the way. I was quoted a price before actual work began and it came out a little less (a little high, but worth it). Highly recommend Coraggio's.

I am living in the house for 6 months so far, and it looks like they did a very good job.

We were doing renovations to the bathroom and installing sheetrock when I acidentally put a screw through the hot water pipe. I immediately shut off the water main to the house and searched Angies List for a plumber. I called Coraggio's at 4:10pm. The technician immediately called me back, was at my house 5 minutes later and the job was complete by 5:00pm. We lucked out because they were in the area, but their responsiveness was impressive nonetheless. I thought the price was a bit high considering it was a pretty simple job that took less than an hour, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'll definitely keep their number handy in case any other plumbing needs arise.

The work turned out all right. I had a leak in my basement. They came out and opened it up and left. The problem started again. They came back again, but they didn’t have the camera equipment. They snaked the line and found that it was not a blockage, but a broken line. So, I had to call a different company which they recommended.

They returned call same night we called them and provided a lower estimate over phone and were able to come first thing to address no hot water/replace hot water heater. They came but pushed back start time, about an hour. Once they came they reviewed the situation and indicated we needed to change from the 3" to the 4"(which another service provider had already noted in giving their estimate might be needed); the other costs came from indicating needed to replace the piping and the cutoff. We added the work on the faucet and the sink drain.So the actual total cost of the water heater was about $400-$500 more than we anticipated. They did work at the house for around 5-6 hours.

I've never been satisified with a plumber in the past until I came across these guys.
