Initial response for a quote was prompt. However we asked for some changes to the initial quote and there was no follow-up which led to us going with another vendor

It went fantastic! The gutters are spotless. They scraped out the gunk then hosed off the gutter. All the items that were powerwashed are clean. They washed off all the mildew and moss.

Fine... would not know if they were here if I was not home.

Very well. Showed up on time, worked cooperatively to agree on details of the job and got the job done promptly. Looks beautiful. Time will tell how well this holds up, but looks like a very professional job. Cost below is for 1,000 sq ft ($0.30 per sq ft above $1,000 sq ft).

I think mine was a little bigger and they covered only 2,000 square feet, and mine was probably 2,000 and something. So, I had to pay a little more. I don’t remember how much I paid, but I remember it was a bit more.

They did a pretty good job although we found afterwards that they sealcoated over several maple tree samaras. Wish they removed the samaras before sealcoating.

Work was completed but there is no way for me yet to determine the effectiveness of the work performed

TDM came out within a few days to assess and measure. He didn't make any promises about the longevity of the results based on the condition of my driveway. But we agreed it would be an improvement. So they came the next day and did a really good job. They were really neat as well. I recommend them!

I'm a fairly new home owner who relies on the expertise of others when it comes to things around the home. TDM made my 1st experience a great one & I will be finding out what other services Tim & TDM provide for future projects. Thanks again!

Workers performed work. Left black splatters on white driveway doors. Wiped sealant-soiled feet on lawn. Did not check for missed corners.

Tim called me promptly after I had purchased the AL special, scheduled the very next day and as promised was there bright and early. His team completed the job and I asked for addl work on power washing, Tim explained what he could and couldn't do and once we agreed on scope of work his team was thorough and helpful and completed the job. I appreciate the help and will call them again for other work.
