After moving into my condo I found my slate floors weren't just normal dirty but to the point I still question what happened before me. Lew had to clean the bedroom 3x before the dirt was fully removed. He was thorough that way thoughout the whole condo. He also taught me how to care for my floors.

The only think is the gentlemen was to call about a cleaner to use from Home Depot.have not heard from him left message on phone

We needed to have a restoration on marble shower floor. Lew was not able to remove majority of the spots which are still above the shower floor surface. His explanation was the soap stains were penetrated into the stone. I think he is lacking experience working on marbles because he started with a polishing pad at 400 grit, other quota I received suggested starting at number 50 grit. After I requested, he found a very old pad of 100 grit which did not work well. Lew was good in communication, exchanging emails about the schedule, and good in answering questions. This was why we hired him. We are very disappointed with the work.

From the beginning, Lew was very responsive to our request. He asked us to text him pictures of the project that needed to be done after which he immediately provided us with a quote. He came to our home on a Sunday to restore our bathroom granite vanity top that had water spots throughout. He did the job quickly, first explaining the process. Afterwards, he told us that the project was smaller than he had expected so he discounted the quoted price. We definitely recommend Lew and would work with him again. There's no reason to use anyone else when you get this level of service.

Came to repair my counter. They seemed to have done it, but the piece shifted the next morning. They came back and first tried to say it was the only way it would fit, but then said he didn't know how to fix it. He returned my money and I got another firm to fix it just fine. I guess he was honest but incompetent.

The guy who came was friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to the job at hand. He was unable to erase A few spots. But he explained it to us the reasons and also gave a good discount for it. I thought the man had integrity and did as best job as anyone possibly can. I highly recommend him to anyone.
