Excellent Job. Sergiu really took the time to get the Vinyl Siding sparkling clean. We had some issues on our end scheduling, which was my fault, and the vendor was more than accommodating. He also gave us good advice on some other work that we wanted done. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

Cleaned my gutters and also cleaned up the leaves that were blown on my deck and front porch. He did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. Will use in the future!

The exterior of the house was cleaned as described by the deal that was purchased. But the outside of the windows on the house were very streaky looking after the pressure washing.

Sergiu provided thoroughly professional, first-class service from the time he examined the deck to provide us with his assessment of what needed to be done and gave us an estimate of the cost to do the work (which he fully honored -- not one penny of additional charges was added to his original quote). He fully informed us of what he proposed to do, why he proposed to do each part of the overall project, and kept us informed as the work progressed. It was clear to us that he would not consider the job to be completed until we were 100% satisfied. He was a pleasure to work with in every way. He transformed our visibly-neglected deck into a clean, lovely, enjoyable part of our property. Don't be negatively mislead by what might appear at first glance to be a somewhat high price for this project. This was a large job. The price covered everything: labor, materials , incidentals. We consider the price to have been very reasonable considering everything it included. We were delighted with the entire experience.

Sergiu is great to work with. He was at my home when promised to complete the job. He cleared out a clog in one of my downspouts while he was cleaning the gutters. He is very clean, didn't leave any mess. Will use him again in the future.

Excellent service from Sergiu. Arrived on-time and got right into the pressure washing. Very meticulous. Very flexible and responsive in scheduling of the work.

The vendor was good and accomodating to my schedule. He cleaned the vinyl part of the house thoroughly which was 40%of the facade. Rest of the house is brick. There was a miscommunication regarding the nature of the cleaning. I had asked specifically if the vendor can clean the brick in this deal and his email repsonse to me was "not a problem". But when he came, the brick portion of the facade it wasn't cleaned the way its supposed to be since the deal was for Vinyl only. If I had known, I would have cancelled this deal before scheduling anything and asked for a refund. I don't think I'll be buying any fixed prepaid deals again.

This is the second time i used TruMaintenance and i am completely happy with their service and quality of work. I used a big deal with them two years ago, and at the end of this summer i contacted them for a follow up cleaning. They scheduled me in, respected the previous price they gave me and as usual the house looked great.

I bought a "deal" from TruMaintenance for $249 to power wash our house. I set up an appointment for the following week with Sergiu by email. He came on time & inspected the exterior with me. He did a thorough job - the mildew was removed & our siding looks like new. Part of a soffit panel had come loose & he went up a ladder to push it back into place. Very pleased with the outcome & I highly recommend Sergiu.

Sergiu was great. He came by, cleaned the whole exterior and was on his way. It makes such a difference in the way the place looks lurking cobwebs and dirt.

This was the second time I used Tru Maintenance to power wash my home. It was done in 2014 and they gave me the same price for this year. We made an appointment online, and they showed up on schedule and did an excellent job.

Excellent, Sergiu was prompt and on time for every appointment. They took their time setting up and prepping the deck. Now two weeks in, we can't believe how great it looks.

Sergui, is a professional. He takes his time and provides the best service. This is the 4th summer that we have used Trumaintenance to power wash our home. An excellent job as always. We are in the process of getting our home ready to put on the market, and our realtor told us to get our roof cleaned. Sergui accommodated our short timeline and did an awesome job. My husband said that it looks like a new roof. On a 90 plus degrees day , Sergui was on the roof for approximately 4 hours patiently cleaning the roof. Then he sprayed the debris off the deck. Just a fabulous job!

sergio powerwashed deck . Had to let dry and helper came back to stain. Started to rain so Sergio came to finish. Helper taped everything and took all garage away. Very neat They did excellent job.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Reasonable price, prompt communication, and exceptional and detailed cleaning of my house. Problem areas on the house were perfectly cleaned. I recommend and would not hesitate to use this company again.

They came out and pressure washed my deck. They replaced 4 boards as well for me. It was an exceptionally hot day and they were working hard. They even sanded what the pressure washing didn't take off. They finished the staining and everything looks great. It was exactly what we wanted.

House is brick and vinyl sided, Vinyl was developing green mold in shady spots- in some places heavy. Washed whole house cleaned thoroughly with no residual dirt or mold.

Sergiu did a wonderful job in washing the exterior of our house. Upon initially contacting him, Sergiu was immediately responsive to all my questions, then after agreeing on a start date arrived promptly and was courteous, friendly, and professional. The job was completed beautifully in the time frame advised. I would not hesitate to use TruMaintenance again and would recommend him to all my friends.

Sergiu was 30 minutes late, but did e-mail me at the time he was supposed to be there to let me know that he would be late. He shouldn't be late, but since he was, he did the next best thing, and that was to give me a heads up that he was running late. His service was prompt and efficient. I was hoping that the pressure wash would have more of an effect on the home, but it wasn't as drastic as I had hoped. That has nothing to do with his service though. He cleaned up some real messy spots and when he was done with the heavy duty stuff, he rinsed down the remaining debris which tied the entire job together. I feel that Sergiu is professional, courteous and does a good job. I will utilize him in the future if the need arises.

Called and the company said that it did not service my area at this time (Englewood, NJ Bergen County) when their website says that it does. The company's website needs to be updated, and the company needs to have phone service that gives information in a manner that guides the consumer rather than being dismissive. P. I called them for a quote on gutter cleaning and was tole they do not do gutter cleaning anymore.

He showed up at the agreed to time, performed to work as described and agreed to and was very pleasant and professional. Did a great job.
