He was a very professional person and he power washed my outside stairs to the front of the house at no additional cost. I will be using him again next month to clean all my windows in the outside. I recommend TruMaintenance for any cleaning or restoration.

Description of Work: We had the house powerwashed and were pleased with the way it turned out. I mentioned my concern about damaging the shrubs with the cleaner and Sergio took that into consideration. He was pleasant to deal with. He gave us a price of an additional $100 to powerwash our patio and stone ledge around a tree in our yard. The patio looked great and he went over a couple areas for me that I pointed out. After he left, I looked at the ledge a little closer and it probably could have used a little more powerwashing in some areas, but overall it looked good. I would use Sergio's company again in the future.

Description of Work: Sergiu came to the house on June 11th and tried to hook up his equipment to water tap. He called me and said that there was not enough water pressure and he would have to come back with a portable power washer. On July 14 I received an email from him which said he couldn't get his portable power washer to start up. He apologized and said I should contact Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: Overall I had a good expereince with this company the owner was professional and responsive from when I purchased the deal. More importantly I apprecaited the upfront honesty that he stated that my home could not be cleaned with his services due to the age and condition of the siding on my home. The provider recommended that I contact Angie's list to request a refund. I would recommend his services in the near future.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and hooked up his power washer to my hose spout and pressure washed my house with water and several cleaners and did a great job of removing grime from passing traffic and mold stains from water running off the roof.

Description of Work: Sergiu was a pleasure to deal with. The weather since I purchased this voucher was not conducive to powerwashing the house, but he worked with us. We had limited days we could be available, the heavy storm earlier this spring had him swamped with necessary work, he initially offered a date we could not be home. He and I kept at it and on our successful date last week, the heavens opened the night before and we had to postpone again. We set a date for today, and he called because he had a delay of one hour in getting to us - his first job took longer than expected. He is a very nice young man who works very hard and very neatly. Before he started, he (as previously arranged) removed 7 sets of shutters from the second floor which my husband was unable to do. He also explained that our 40+ year old aluminum siding was not going to look brand new when he was finished because there was pitting, and that he would understand if we did not want him to go forward and instead obtain a refund. He did a thorough job, the house looks very good, and I then asked him if he had time to powerwash my outdoor furniture for an additional cost. Again, he did a great job, including all the cushions. I asked what I owed him for the shutter removal and the furniture powerwashing and he proposed $60 all told (additional to the $239 paid voucher). More than fair! I would certainly recommend him to others.
