We are sorry you paid for a service that never got done, but you left the review to the wrong company. Description of Work: Exterior of the house looks great! Service was easy to arrange and the cost was very reasonable. My only complaint was that a strip was missed and when I requested that they come back to clean it TruMaintenance responded it was part of the gutter (a separate service). Though I disagree, I would still use the service again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from TruMaintenance for soft washing of my house exterior. They were able to schedule me quickly and showed up promptly. They came and started working and immediately noticed that they would not be able to clean my type of siding properly. They called me out, showed me the issue and offered to try and go on or get a full refund. Even though they couldn't perform the service, I could not be happier with their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Description of Work: Power washed house siding and also asked if they could do the shed in the back of the house. They agreed at no extra charge. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job before I returned from work. Everything looked great and was very clean. I do wish that they offered an option for an extra amount to clean the gutters, as this was not part of the package and I didn't realize that until I saw they were still dirty. The house looked great and I would use them again. |
