I wasn't around for the cleaning but my family members told me that he showed up on time and was quick and efficient.

I made this appointment over a month ago as we were having other work done.. Sergiu came on time and did a wonderful job. We had received an estimate from him to have our house power washed as well as the white vinyl fence. He did such a wonderful job we asked him to do the sidewalk around our pool as well as our deck. I was concerned about the deck as we haven't had it washed before, it is a composite and old and the company went out of business. So that is why I hesitated. He told me not to worry he has done them before. . Wow - what a wonderful job. The deck looks like new. He moved all the furniture and put it back. The sidewalk around the pool from the cover laying on it was dirty and it is so clean. The house looks great and that vinyl fence that had a lot of mold on it was shining. We would definitely ask him to come back to do that work and after reading that he cleans gutters we will call him for that. Very polite also.

He hooked up and went through the home very efficiently but it was too quick. A couple of areas that needed a little more attention, did not get that attention. But overall the house looks good. I would be there with the guy and make sure he knows that you have a few little details that need more attention than others.

He did a very good job. He was on time and very professional.

Overall, very pleased with the service.

He was supposed to come at 4 p.m. I called but he didn't contact us until almost 5 p.m. and didn't come until 6 p.m. Other than the time problem, he did clean my gutters at a very good price. So far, the gutters seem okay.

My deck was moldy, scratched by my son's dogs and very dirty. He came as promised and now my deck looks new. I am thrilled.

They did fine. They were pretty professional. They came in and went about their work. They did a very good job. I think their price was reasonable.

Sergio was running about 20 minutes late but called to let me know. I was very impressed with him and the service he provided. Both the house and deck were very dirty, and the deck has a long flight of stairs. It all looks great now!

Everything was great. I contacted TruMaintence by website/email to get an estimate. Sergiu set up a date to come by for an estimate and we agreed on a date to do the work. Sergiu came on the date we had agreed on and finished the work on time. Very easy to do business with.

I bought a coupon for gutter cleaning, and got an appointment setup within few days. I was not home at time of service, but all looked good and he even fix on of our gutters that was loose. Good service.

I used the Angie's list coupon for the service. The appointment was set for the following week and they showed up on time. The work was done as expected and was well done. I would use them again.

Sergio performed the job with great professionalism. He keep in constant contact with email. The quality of his work is fabulous. He removed stains on the house that had been there for many years. I have already recommended him to y neighbors.

Both the deck and the house look good. Not much else to say...it is just power washing, after all.

We bought a "deal" from Angie's site to clean the gutters for $69. Sergiu was very prompt and came in one week of the initial call. He was also courteous enough to do one extra thing at no charge.... He used his ladder to change some bulbs that were way too high for our ladder. I would use him again whenever I need gutter service.

I got the special offer for this service, and I think it was $269 or $289. The overall experience with him was very good. I liked the gentleman that came and his personality too. He did a good job and he cleaned it well. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

Overall a wonderful experience! I called the company on a Saturday expecting to leave a message, but the owner actually picked up the phone. I described the size of the house and he gave me an extremely reasonable estimate, compared to what I've heard others have spent. So I scheduled the service right then, for the following week. Originally I just wanted the house power washed, but when he arrived I asked how much more it would be to do the front walk and the patio, and he added on just a small amount for that. He worked steadily by himself, anything that needed to be moved, he moved out of the way and put back in its place afterwards. When he was done I inspected everything and pointed out a couple of small spots that were missed and he went over them immediately. The house and the front walk and back patio looked so magnificent that I asked if he could also do the 2 walkways on the side of the house as well. He stayed an extra half-hour to do them, and didn't even add anything to the original cost!! Sergiu was very pleasant to deal with and the whole experience was low-stress and just excellent. Highly, highly recommend them!!

I took advantage of an Angie's List coupon and it was well worth it. My sliding is spot less. Before the cleaning, my house had stains that were eye sores. They are all gone. Great job. I would pay full price for this service.

This was a good Big Deal. They showed up on time and scheduling was easy. Overall, they did a great job with the pressure washing.

We purchased the service as a BuyNow Deal the price was Great. I think the company was overwhelmed, they were tough to get a hold of and schedule. When they arrived they did an excellent job. I would recommend them but add you need to be patient.

They kept me informed of their schedule and did everything that was asked of them.

Very courteous workman. He e-mailed to say when he would be there to perform the service, then called to let me know he was running a bit late. The work was performed efficiently, and it was done right. Didn't miss any spots behind the downspouts or around the shutters. Will definitely use again for this service, and for others that he provides (window cleaning, pressure-washing and staining deck).
