Fantastic work! We ordered this service through an Angie's List deal, and I'm very happy with the results. Sergiu contacted me very quickly after I ordered the deal to schedule the work, and he was prompt (actually a few minutes early) day-of and did an amazing job. The house looks great, and we will be hiring him for more work in the future.

I can not say how it has gone because the work has not been completed yet. The first day when the appointment was scheduled on 5/30, they did not show up and was emailed late that night to reschedule for 6/3. June 3rd has now passed and the service still has not been performed. This time I did not receive a phone call or email at all. I am truly dissatisfied with the contractor of yours and also with Angie's List for having a contractor of the quality. I think it is truly unprofessional to not show up at all and not even have the respect for your customer to call and say you will not be there. This was my first purchase with Angie's List and will most likely be my last if this is the type of contractors you allow to be promoted on your site. I want a refund.

Great-everything performed as expected

Bought the powerwash deal for $199. Sergiu contacted me soon after purchase via email and we had set a date for him to do the job. He had to reschedule our initial appointment as he was having equipment issues. We then set up another appointment for a week after the initial schedule. He came and powerwashed the house and did a great job. He even powerwashed our front steps which I dont think was included in the deal. Thanks, Sergiu!

Sergiu did an excellent job on a project involving the cleaning of both my house's vinyl siding and its shingled roof. He has really good attention to detail - bringing out the best in material almost twenty years old. Combined with a fair and competitive price schedule, I can easily recommend his services to others.

I was very happy with the timeliness and level of communication that TruMaintenance provided throughout the process. The powerwahsing was completed during the middle of May but due to a long period of rain, they were not able to get back to my house to finish the staining. During this downtime, the contractor contacted me numerous times to discuss the delays and when the weather finally cleared they were able to work around my schedule to get things done. The work all turned out beautiful. I would definitely use this company again.

We found TruMaintenace on Angie's list, and contacted Sergiu based on the stellar reviews. We hired him for deck maintenance- power washing, sanding and staining our deck. He also fixed part of the lattice that was broken on the bottom of our deck. His price is reasonable and he is very easy to work with. Reliable, organized, and honest- words I usually don't use for contractors unfortunately! Shows up on time and on the days we scheduled. We are very pleased with his work- neat and meticulous. Our deck looks brand new- Sergiu worked his magic and breathed new life into it! He obviously cares about the quality of his work and his reputation. In my opinion, a contractor like that is golden and a rare find. We will definitely hire him again, and spread the word to family and friends!
