Sergio was very eager to meet our timetable, and when he had a cancelation at the last minute he let me know that he could come out a week earlier than planned, which was nice. The power washing was quoted at $239 (based on a special he was running through Angie's List) and he offered to add on the gutter cleaning for $35 extra (one gutter, actually). Because of the last minute change in plans he knocked off $15, which I thought was a nice gesture. When Sergio arrived almost an hour later than we had agreed on we noticed that there was an ad on the side of his van that said his rate for power washing was $199, when we asked about that he said that was for local customers but we are only one town over so I am not sure how that mattered...but I figured that I would honor the price I agreed to, just as I would expect him to, but I can't help but wondering if his normal price is $199 but he ran a promotion for $239, down from his "list price" of $450, knowing that the folks from Angie's List would consider that a "bargain" and not question it. I like the work that was done and the house hasn't looked this good since we moved in 13 years ago, but the way the pricing worked out and if the "deal" was misrepresented still sticks in my craw a few days later. What it all boils down to is that I should have done my homework before agreeing to the price. If you use Sergio for your own home you might want to find out what the non-Angie's price is because I feel like what you get coming from an Angie's referral might be higher than what you would be quoted than if you just called him up out of the phone book.

Amazing good job for the money. He got all of the dark brown stains off of our white aluminum gutters from the Spring oak pollen. Also removed all traces of leaching on our front Cultured Stone work and dark stains from the cement surfaces of our front porch. I could be happier with his work.

Washed the house and a car trailer. Great work and low price. Good as it gets for this type of work!

FABULOUS-I received an e-mail from Sergiu just a few hours after my purchase, with a date to perform the cleaning. Sergiu also promptly answered my e-mail questions. Sergiu arrived earlier than expected (calling first to see if OK). He not only cleaned the gutters, but cleaned the entire roof too. One of the gutters was clogged and detached, which Sergiu not only took apart to clear, but he also straightened and screwed the loose gutter. When I asked how much I owed for the additional work, Sergiu stated "No Charge". This was my first purchase from Angie's List & if Sergiu is an example of the quality of companies represented, then I will definitely be using more. I have already "bragged" about Sergiu's outstanding service to my neighbor's. THANK YOU SERGIU!!!!!!

Despite indicating that they service Bergen County, to my disappointment this provider does not service my town within the county.

He communicated pretty well through email if he couldn't make it or if he had to push the date. He updated me as a customer. He really didn't need anything from me, he could do everything on his own, so it was pretty easy for me.

It went fine. They took a little time, I had to email and call but I got an answer back. The service was good and the people that came were good. It was a very good price.

Contacted him by email with details and he responded with price. I accepted and we confirmed a time and date. All this completed by email within a few hours. During the confirmation process he provided that we wouldn't have to be home, could leave a check in the mailbox, or he would leave a bill. He did apologize for arriving a half hour later than planned but it certainly was no problem given our arrangements. When he was done he asked that we check the job to ensure our satisfaction. Everything was great.

I purchased Angie's List deal for pressure washing services from TruMaintenance. Prior to purchase, I called TruMaintenance with a few questions and I had no issues after speaking with Sergio. After purchasing the deal, I received an email with a scheduled date and time set for about 10 days after purchase. Sergio arrived a little late but did call ahead of time to notify me of his delay. After arriving, he started work immediately and was done in a couple of hours. The house looks great and I'm very happy with the service.

Communicated w/ Sergui via email throughout process. He was very professional and worked around my schedule. When he arrived he came and did the job. We hardly knew he was there, he was that efficient. I'd hire him again.

Job was done as discussed -- Sergio showed up on scheduled day and time, we reviewed the work to do, i added some items , he priced accordingly and then he went to work. All went according to plan and the job was done very well. I will use him every year and recommend him also.

Sergio power washed my home 3600 sq.ft. I asked him for an estimate on a few other items that I wanted power washed.He gave me such a good price, so he power washed our large deck, the concrete around our in-ground pool, and the stone around the pool. Everything looks like new! I will call Sergio next year because he did such a fantastic job!

My experience with TruMaintenance went well. In fact, they just finished the job. They were able to quickly come to get an estimate and then the work they did was just as we asked.

He called back right away and he did a good job. He was prompt. He said he was going to be there when he did, when he was and I thought he was good. He was excellent. This was for my mother's house. Regarding price, I think he was very fair. Regarding punctuality, he did the work in the rain, it was pouring rain and he did it with the raincoat on, soaked.

Very quick response to set up the date. Very accommodating with my schedule. Right on time as promised. It was drizzling on the day of the appointment but he was still able to complete the job. Looks great - all the green moldy stuff is completely gone!
