Sergio did an excellent job. He couldn't make it for the original appointment since he had troubles with his equipment, but he did inform well ahead of time, that he wanted to postpone.

Sergio did a great job cleaning the 3 sides I requested. House looks great now, even got out some stains on the cement rendering that I hadn't managed to get out previously. I would recommend Tru Maintenance for your pressure washing needs.

Went well, cancelled original appt at last minute because of weather, but came within 2 days to get the job done. Had some rust stains he was unable to get off which was dissappointing, but overall I would definitely use them again

I purchased two of them. The plumbing part did not work out. I did use the power wash and that worked out perfectly. They came on time, there was no problem and they came and did it and left. Everything was covered under the deal. They came when I was leaving and when I got home from work they were gone. I would use them again.

Very professional and on time. The home had siding up to the attic, and he cleaned everything including the outside doors. I was truly amazed by the results and would definitely refer TruMaintenance and also use them again.

We have spent the last two years making improvements to my 1919 colonial. All of the renovations had stirred up quite a mess, some of which ended up on the outside dirtying the white painted wood siding. I used TruMaintenance's Big Deal to have the whole house pressure washed. TruMaintenance performed as expected. They promptly replied to me and scheduled a date to perform the service. Due to rain and then a storm they had to reschedule twice, but otherwise came on the day they promised and washed the house, restoring the house to its pre-construction cleanliness!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out great. The guy was good. I would recommend them to other members. My wife liked his work. We did not pay anything extra other than the big deal purchase. They came when they said that they were coming.

It was good, a bit of miscommunication in the beginning, but the provider made it all correct.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fine. They came when they said they would and did an average job. I would not say it was fantastic because they did make some mess around. There were a lot of leaves in my bushes that I had to clean out afterwards. They did the job that I wanted and I don't want to penalize them because they dropped some mucky leaves. I bought the package and said I would like them to come as soon as possible. I never heard from the guy so I had to get in touch with Angie's List to see how I was supposed to approach the situation. Finally I heard from the guy who said he would come on a certain date and that was fine, but I don't know why I did not hear from him right away like they said I would.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and he did fine. There were a couple of streaks but there was nothing you could do about it. I didn't have expectations, and I had hoped he would have been able to do a couple different things, because my house is smaller that what was on the big deal.This was the first time I had my house pressure washed. The only thing about it was that it said that it was for up to a certain limit, and I had asked me to do something on my roof and I had hoped that he would do a few extra little things, but he said he would cost me more money. The big deal was for 2500sq feet, but my house was smaller than that, and even adding the extra services would not make it reach 2500sq feet.

Sergio did an excellent job. He was very professional. Unfortunately, we couldn't have the front steps, back steps and bricks in the front of the house pressure washed as his tool to do this was broken and had to be fixed.

I contacted Sergiu and he scheduled a time for an estimate. Showed up on time and we agreed to a price. He scheduled me for the following week. He and a co-worker showed up on the specified date and time and performed the job as requested for the exact price quoted. Very happy with Sergiu and the work that was done. I would certainly hire Sergiu again, and most likely will in the future. I can't believe what a difference having the windows and screens cleaned makes. Beautiful!

Except for a few scheduling mix ups, Sergio did a great job. The exterior of house looks nice and clean again (vinyl siding). One side of the house had the green stuff growing on the side. I was going to put up a ladder myself and wash it but it was definitely worth having someone do it for you. Even the black staining on the gutters were pretty much eliminated. We just had a new deck put on a few months ago and for a little extra he power washed the deck. I had two propane tanks sitting on the new deck before having it power washed and thought the power washing would get rid of the stains. When I saw that the stains were still there I emailed Sergio and asked him about it and he came back the next day to try to clean it but it wouldn't come out. I learned a few days later from someone else that base of propane tanks have some kind of grease on them and when it gets into wood, you can't get it out. My bad. But I appreciated Sergio coming back out to try and clean it. A separate set of stairs to another back door was all black and gray from mold setting in but couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how clean it looked. Now it has a nice tan wood color to it. I rated price good because I had nothing else to compare it to. I didn't bother to get other estimates but it seemed to be reasonable. I will be calling Sergio after leaves fall to clean out our gutters. He's very neat, sticks to the task, very professional. He was very responsive through the Angie's list email. It was very easy to schedule the visit. Phone call and email with questions were promptly responded. Sergio was on time and did the perfect job.

He cleaned all gutters in about an hour- removed all leaves and debris from all gutters, even top of house.

Not only did Sergio arrive almost exactly on time (5 minutes early!) but he took less time than estimated, did a great job, and cleaned up well. He managed to avoid hurting any of my plants (all around the house) which I am sure is hard to do. I would strongly recommend him as the house has never looked better. He even took the initiative to clean off the front porch steps that had some moss on them making them slippery which was most appreciated and showed he cared about going above and beyond.

After Prompt E-mail contact I arranged a date with Sergio. I was not home during the cleaning. I told him specifically not to powerwash painted vinyl shutters. When I saw the house 2 of the rt sided shutters were badly stripped of paint and needed to be repainted. He said he didn't powerwash them but they became loose from extraneous water when he washed the side of the house-besides that he did a good job

I purchased the big deal and was contacted via email regarding possible dates. Honestly I would have preferred a phone call to get it scheduled immediately instead of the back and forth emails. He did respond within a reasonable time when I did email. We set the date, he emailed me that I needed to have an accessible faucet and that I did not need to be home. We agreed upon a date and a time of 9:30 am. I wanted to be home while he was here, as I prefer to be around anytime workmen are at my home in case there are any problems or questions they or I may have. At 11:20 am, he was still not here. I called him and he said he was running late (no kidding!) I suggested that maybe he should have called me to let me know that. He arrived about 30 min later. He did apologize for being late when he got here. He got right to work, and he did a very nice job. My house had those very dark stains (gray siding) which he got out (I had tried using magic erasers and scrubber sponges with little success) and the siding, gutters, and fascia all look really clean. Since he did a really good job, I gave him an "A" overall. I did notice that there was a sign on his truck that said, "Pressure wash house--$199" (or something to that effect) I paid $239 thinking it was a great deal until I saw that! That's why I put the price as a "B." Maybe it wasn't such a good deal after all.
