Responded quickly to my email requesting an appointment and completed the job without any issues.

I purchased a big deal from TruMaintenance for pressure washing service. I wasn?t crazy with it. I didn?t think the job is really great. The house body (01:39) when they did it. Yes, it just cost me the amount of the big deal. I think I had the roof and the sidings done but much have not been removed that?s what I thought but I don?t know if that was the same job but the siding was all green outside of the house and to me it?s just kinda look like there is a rust around the house that?s the worse. I've never had the house clean so I don?t know. I didn?t call them I just (02:49) it alone. They were polite and professional when I spoke with them over the phone.

I purchased a deal through Angie's to get the gutter cleaning done. It took a while to get a response from TruMaintenance but we arranged a date through email. Gutter cleaning service was as expected but the price was really good. I tried a few times to call them over the holidays to come back for a gutter cleaning, left messages and never got a response. Won't use them again in the future.

He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use him again.

Service man showed up. Let me know via email when he would come and when he was finished. I checked his work. Have no complaints.

The service turned out fine. There were some issues with scheduling, they were supposed to contact me within a certain time frame which they didn’t. It took longer than expected for them to contact me; once I spoke with them they were able to get me an appointment within a few weeks. I was not home when they performed the service but it looks like they did a good job.

They power washed my home and did a good job. When I came home I realized the front walk was not included. A few days later they returned for an additional price. Satisfied with their service.

They cleaned the leaves from our gutters. I have only gotten this done one other time so I don't have much to compare. I felt the service provided was good. Not sure if people usually clean up the leaves or just leave it around on your lawn. He was very flexible with timing which I appreciated very much.

Deck power wash and seal coating. They did a very good job. Will use again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good; it was okay. I didn't pay any additional. They didn't call me, I called them. I might use them again. I would recommend them.

Came on time, worked quickly and the house looked very clean when completed. Well done for a reasonable price.

He power washed the house back in the spring initially, but it was dirty and moldy about 6 months later. So, I had him come out again this fall, told him what had happened, and had him do the job again (for which I paid again). Hopefully, he used more powerful chemicals this time to keep the mold off the house this time. So, the jury is still out on this provider (although he was very nice and pleasant to deal with). Just not convinced of the quality of the work as of now.

He moved things away from the house where necessary and cleaned off all the grungy green windowsills plus no water came in the open windows. Overall a good experience.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. The service was good. The interaction was fine, they contacted us, made an appointment, and they came on time. Everything was fine. We didn't pay anything additional. They didn't contact us right away, so we had to contact Angie's List, and then they got in touch with us.

Sergio was very pleasant, punctual, and professional. He cleaned out all of our gutters, then came and collected the larger debris and used a leaf blower to clean up the smaller stuff. He also re-attached a loose gutter downspout. As I said he contacted me within a week of purchasing the service, scheduled a time, showed up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, and was very polite and friendly. I would, and plan to, recommend him to friends.

The owner of the company was on time. He called pretty quickly to schedule. He went up on my roof and cleaned my gutters. He didn’t touched the downspouts which were clogged but I don’t think that was included but it wasn’t obvious that it wasn’t included. So he did everything I guess that was advertised. He did okay.

Purchased an AL deal for $239 to pressure wash my house's exterior (vinyl siding). Since my house was 3000 sq feet it cost an extra $50, which I paid via a check I taped to my front door in an envelope. They came and did the job while I was at work, and did not need anyone to be home. When I got home, the house was washed and very clean, and they didn't leave anything a mess around the house.

Arrived as scheduled. Walked the whole roof cleaning the gutters and then came down and cleaned the porch and deck underneath. $79 and he left the areas under the gutters cleaner than before he got there. Will use again next year and recommend to others.

Sergio came to my house right on time and proceeded to work, a very nice person. He power washed my entire house and made it look new again! I would use him again for all his services. I had no complaints about the work that was done. I thought the price was very good compared to others.

Good communication, punctual and they even went the "extra yard," cleaning off my roof which was covered with leaves. Very professional...will not hesitate to use again.

Overall went very well. They were very timely in contacting me after I bought a coupon and very prompt in making an appointment. House looked great when they were done and shrubbery etc around the home was fine. Will definitely call them again.

We bought this deal on Angies list and the service provider contacted us promptly to set up an appointment. I was disappointed that I rushed home only to see him leaving my property stating he had completed the job. I wanted to be there while he perfomed the gutter cleaning. The service tech did a good job, as I could tell with the first rain fall the gutters were draining. However I did notice that on one of the gutters in the back of the house, water keeps dripping out, I am thinking there is probably some debris in it. There are not many trees over my home, so I am not sure if some debris was left behind in that one gutter. I would use this provider again due to good pricing and promptness of reply, but I would stress that I would like to be there at time of appointment.
