It went great. I was working up in the attic when Sergio came but he did not need any supervision. He did the job and it was great. He was very professional and accommodating.

The work was performed by Sergio and he did a great job. All of the dirt and green fungus is gone from the vinyl siding. He used a low pressure system that did not harm the siding. He also used a low bleach mixture that did not harm my plants or bushes either. My house looks new!

The siding looks like new! I came home and it was like the cleaning fairy took all the dirt and mold off of our house. I bought an angies big deal which was great value to us. The only issue was our new windows that were clean now have streaks down.

The service went excellently. They did a great job on the house. The technician had to come back out to re do the windows which there was not an additional fee for. The quality of the job was great. For a one man operation, he was very responsive and came within an hour of the scheduled appointment.

It went good. They did the work pretty much right after I purchased the big deal and I did not spend anything else on top of the big deal price. It was a good experience and the people that came out were good. We had the deal and then they came out on time and did a good job so it was fine.

Sergio arrived on time and was very professional. He did an amazing job cleaning the house exterior. We have painted aluminum siding and he was very careful that the paint did not chip off. We had brown stains from our gutters and he was able to clean the stains completely. In addition to cleaning the entire house, he also cleaned the gutters and our front porch. We were extremely happy and would definitely hire him again.

He spent about 8 hours cleaning the house (NOT power washing - our house is painted, not vinyl; powerwashing would strip off the paint). I thought we would need to repaint soon (that cost about $10,000 last time). Now, it looks (nearly) as good as new. I will use again.

Transaction was easy, I as emailed to setup the date since I did not schedule the date when I purchased the coupon from Angie's List. I was not able to be home at the time that they were going to do the job. I left the water on as they requested. I got home that night and they had power washed the house. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anybody after the service they provided.

The guy said he came to clean the gutters. But I still saw leaves.

We purchased the big deal advertised earlier this month. Sergio does a great job. He is very good about communicating and very quick to get back to you. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Sergio was very responsive, came out for a quote, and then scheduled the job once the weather was warmer. He did a great job and I would certainly recommend him!

We communicated via email and once the appointment was made, the service was performed on that agreed date and time. When I asked how often do I need to clean my gutters, he gave me a good reply and also gave me the time of year when I should have it done. I have had other service companies and they charge a lot more and they wanted to come 5 times a year!

I had trouble connecting to set up an appointment, but indicated on-line when I would like the service performed. The service was performed during the window of dates and we were notified when it was completed.

This company was professional the whole time. He showed up and did the job as needed. He was polite and respectful of my house and my neighbors. My house was power washed and looks great. I would use him again in the future.

OUTSTANDING...........AGAIN! This was the second time I used TruMaintenance (gutter cleaning in Nov 2013) and this time for the Power Wash Deal. Just as I expected, Sergio was punctual and did a FABULOUS JOB! Not only is my little yellow house bright and clean after the nasty winter we had, but Sergio also cleaned my walk and wall, which now look like brand new too! If anyone has any doubts, just be sure to use Sergio for your home maintenance chores and you will also be impressed. Needless to say, I will be using Sergio's service again in the future. Sergiu did a great job. He was very responsive with a quick estimate. Followed me up with a phone call to explain the details of service. My neighbor and I both had our houses power washed and they were very happy as well. Did a great job and followed up the in the evening to see if there were any questions or concerns. I would use him again.

My gutter cleaning was done very professionally. Respect was given to my property and the landscaping around the house. I had wanted it done earlier in the season, which he would have abided by, but he convinced me to wait until most leaves fell. He was courteous, prompt and very quick.

We were not at home when they came because it was not clearly made known to us when they would be coming. We had wanted to connect with someone because we had additional concerns about our gutters that we wanted corrected as well. The gutters were pretty clean before they came so the only way we were sure they came was minor changes in the yard. No one left a card or made a follow-up phone call so still, we were not able to air our concerns. This was a missed opportunity for both us and them

I got the Angie's Deal coupon. He was able to schedule a time very promptly. and was responsive via email.

It went fine! He was on time, the price was good, the quality of the washing was well, and I think it even made the neighbors a little jealous. I would use them again after the winter -- I hope the price is still low.

I did not care for the service. They damaged my front porch. When I got the quote for the pressure washing, I though he had included the patio stones I have in the back. These ended up not being included in the quote. He also did not respond immediately to my emails or phone calls, so their responsiveness was not very good. They did do a good job with the gutter cleaning. I did not have any problems with that service.
