Overall he did a good job. He was the only provider willing to squeeze me in before august, and was very fair on pricing because i paid cash. He used a sprayer (most companies will do that for large decks) and was generally very careful. no spray at all on the house, but i did see some red spray on the brick patio next to my deck. barely noticeable unless you're really looking for it. I noticed an issue with one part of the deck, and he came back 2 days later while i was at work and fixed it, no charge. overall good service, would use again.

service as promised cold day chipped out some frozen leaves. offered to come back if any clogging. did not try to up sell or switch to different service.

Did the job as promised. House was cleaned very well. Was somewhat late, but notified me in sufficient time.

He was wonderful. I have employed other gutter cleaning companies and then it would rain and water would pour over the side of my gutters which meant they did not properly clean them out. However with this company, it rained hard several days later and nothing poured over the sides! He did the job properly and I will use him again. I highly recommend him.

The gentleman who came out was great and very professional.

They came on the scheduled day and did an excellent job. They also gave us a report on any problems they found (none). I would absolutely hire them again...great to work with and very accommodating...as well as excellent work!

It went very well. He cleaned and repaired my gutters. I had purchased a big deal and was very pleased with his quick response and quality of work. I have already scheduled my homes powerwash for the spring. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards.

I purchased the wrong coupon. I called them to cancel the coupon and they were very professional.

He showed up on time and cleaned my gutters. I left a note on the door saying to please not ring the doorbell because my baby was sleeping. When he was done he gently knocked, was very polite and gave me his card should I need his services again or deck maintenance in the spring.

Sergio was great and extremely responsive to me. I am quite busy at work, but it's easy for me to text or email, but not so much take a phone call. I was texting back and forth with Sergio and he was keeping me updated the entire time he went through. I would recommend highly.

I hate to write a review like this, but in fairness to members of Angie's List, I feel it is necessary. The Tru Maintenance workers showed up on time and were very polite. They cleaned a portion of my moss-covered roof, but gave up due to a lack of the proper tools and concern for the risks. I asked about power-washing the house and they said they would do that. Firstly, TM quoted the job after a site survey. They should have had the proper tools and safety gear for the roof cleaning. Secondly, they agreed to power-wash the house. After spraying the bleach solution on the house, they left. There was no power-washing of the house. The house appeared clean, but the solid matter was left behind on the siding. Mildew will return and feed on the remains soon enough. And my shrubs lost their foliage due to the strong bleach solution used. I paid them for the house cleaning and a portion of the roof. To their credit, they were good enough to return what I paid for the roof.

I purchased a big deal with TruMaintenance, but due to the unresponsive service provider I decided to end this deal.

Can't say enough about the service provided by Tru Maintenance (roof cleaning) . It nice to know there are still business out there that provide good and honest customer service. Sergiu can the day appointed to give an estimate and completed the job on the promised date. Roof looks like new, moss, black stains removed, beyond my expectations. He gets an AAA+. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a roof cleaning plus the price was right.

Sergiu did the work also was the owner. He arrived about 30 minutes late, but since he was coming from Sparta I was not concerned. He answered all my questions about how the work would be done, and then he proceeded with the job. When he was finished I inspected the work, and found the house and garage to be very clean and the vinyl siding looked almost new. The deck was also well cleaned.. He pointed out that the streaking on the skylights were on the inside of the glass.so he could not clean that part. I was very happy with his work, the results, and would highly recommend him

They suggested they could do the work today, September 17th. I told them I would be available at 1p. It is now 1:25p, so I contacted Angie's List for a direct phone number to contact them.

I was very happy with Sergiu's services. He was very quick to respond when I initially contacted him and thereafter. I contacted a few power washing services and one of the reasons I chose TruMaintenance over others, despite the higher estimate, was his quick response to all my communication. Others said they would get back to me on a certain day and didn't until days after the fact. Overall, TruMaintenance was professiona, clean and my house and back patio looks great !!!

We are very happy with the service Sergiu had provided. He had been very careful in prepping the area around our large two level deck, covered all areas of the house with protective plastic, gave new life to our very weathered deck, and added latices as protection from night time critters. He also had worked with us on getting the solid stain we were hoping for as well as having all done in a timely manner. Highly recommended and worth the price

I cannot tell you how happy we were with Sergiu! He was extremely responsive-was able to give us a quote immediately which was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. He was professional and took his time making sure that the roof was clean-he spent over 3 hours at our home. He was even willing to take pictures for us so we could send them to our insurance company. He did such a great job-and now I have peace of mind knowing that our roof does not have any moss/mold anymore!

Due to weather project was delayed a week. Once a new date was confirmed Sergio came out and did the work. He started the job but had to stop due to a bee hive under the deck. Once I got rid of the bees, he came back to complete job. The deck had rough spots along the railing but he came back to smooth out. I'm happy. Sergio is very good and plan on using his company again.

Called on 6/30/14, owner said he would perform the work the following week because of the busy holiday week. Never performed the work, so I called him back in the beginning of August and asked if he still wanted the job - he apologized, he misplaced my number, and was very apologetic and did the work within a couple days. Would recommend, did good work, just a little unorganized - as it took me a month to finally getting around to calling him back, you can tell I'm also unorganized, and the delay did not bother me in the least - but it may bother some people having to follow up.

It went great ! Sergiu showed up when he said he would to give me the quote. Showed up when he said he would to do the work. Did a great job and I've already scheduled more work for him. He's nice to work with and does what he says he'll do. Recommend him highly !
