Description of Work: I recently had a problem with moss and mildew, growing on the roof of my house, which can cause damage to the shingles. I contacted Roof Renewal Pros to see if they could take care of the problem, and my experience with them could not have been better, they arrived as scheduled and werefriendly and professional. Organic products were used which don’t cause damage as opposed to the harsh chemicals used by so many other companies. Barbara was my contact person and was a pleasure to deal with. She stayed in contact with me from start to finish and kept me abreast of everything during the process. I highly recommend Ruth renewal process.

+ -1 moreThe company over committed from the jump. They missed the timing for starting the job and then cancelled due to weather. The cleaning was subpar and didn't last 1-2 months much less the two year guarantee. We had returning black streaks within the first month. They would not provide proof of insurance or written warranties other than emails. Their responsiveness has been abysmal. Not once did they return to re-do or try to fix the situation and stopped returning phone calls and emails.
