The crew of two were very polite and professional. They were also easy to work with and willing to address any concerns that we had. The roof looks brand new! I was not expecting a lot with the siding but was very pleased with how well it came out - huge improvement.

Clean-up team arrived at the scheduled date and time. They initially discussed with me exactly how they would proceed and then went to work. They worked constantly for about seven hours until the job was completed. The end result was a job completed as expected. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Living in northeastern Pennsylvania, our thirteen year old roof developed Gloeocapsa Magma, Lichen, and Moss which took away from the physical appearance of the roof and over time would have caused damage to the roof shingles collectively reducing the expected life of the most expensive single component of our home, our roof. We wanted to be proactive in maintaining the integrity of our roof and decided to give Roof Renew Pros LLC. a call after receiving a flyer in the mail regarding their services. The company seemed to fit the bill for the job we were looking for, had excellent customer reviews, and the owner of the company, Barbara, immediately returned our call to schedule a free estimate. Even better yet, the product they used was 100% organic which is something that is really important to my family because we have young children and pets living in the home. When Barb came to complete our estimate, it was obvious from the start how knowledgeable she was about what as growing on our roof as well as the whole roof cleaning process and how it should be done. We were scheduled within 5 days, and on the day of our roof cleaning, Jose and Johnny (our crew) were nothing short of professional and worked extremely hard the entire day to clean our roof, house siding, brick walkways, retaining wall, and patio. They cleaned up well and left our property spotless. Our roof looks brand new; the results were unbelievable!!! The process from beginning to end was fluid and easy! We recently bought a lakehouse with at least 10 years of moss, lichen and bacteria growing on the rooftops. On parts of the roof, the moss was over an inch thick. We needed to clean the roof in order to get insurance. I found Barb and her team when I was out for a run and they were cleaning another house around the same lake. I didn't have my phone, but I gave the worker my contact info in hopes they would call back. A couple of days later, before I remembered to look them up, Barb called me back to get the address of the house so she could take a look and get us an estimate. She took a ton of pictures from both the ground level and on top of the house to get a full look and gave me an honest assessment, which was no surprise to us how bad it was. Then she explained the entire cleaning process in full detail, including the organic soap/detergent her teams used and the cleaning machines. They were not just a bunch of power-washers using bleach and other chemicals (like another company we had called); they had special machines that protected the roofing materials and detergents that wouldn't hurt my kids or the lake itself when all was said and done. With two young kids, I can't stress how important this was to my family. Barb and her crew came out and in one day, they cleaned the roof on the house to pristine condition, and cleaned the cedar roof of the covered patio too (although that was much tougher given the age of those shingles). She also did all the walkways, pavers, and stone columns of the back deck, and sealed everything at the end to protect the roofs for at least another year or two. Even our neighbors across the pond called it "squeaky clean and pristine" from their view. To be honest, they weren't the cheapest but they were worth every penny considering the cleaning job they did and how they did it, and yes, they cleaned up everything when they left and left no trace. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

Definitely worth the extra money since it was completely organic and not a harsh power wash or chemicals that would not be good for the roof. The work crew was exceptional and left everything clean. Everything went extremely well. The owner and the workers were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt. Everything was explained to us clearly, from the condition of our roof to the process needed to remedy the problems. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They only used organic products so there was no concern about damaging our plants or hurting our dog. Our roofer had warned us that power washing could damage our roof. Roof Renew Pros does not use power washers so there was no problem with that aspect of the work. The roof looks great and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Great job!

The crew were very professional and showed incredible attention to detail. While cleaning the roof they also cleaned out the gutters, so going above and beyond is their job. After many years of having moss and other disgusting stuff growing on my roof I saw in my mail a postcard advertising roof renew pros. I have had my roof power washed before but it never really cleaned the roof. It just blasted most of the growth off. When I called, Barbara took the time to explain to me what her company does to make the roof look like new. Impressed by what she said we set up a date for her to come out to give me an estimate the next day. Sure enough she was at my house the next day and gave me a good price that was well within my budget. I was unable to be there so she took pics of my house and sent them to me. She called me while she was there and explained again what they will do and the disgusting stuff was actually moss, bacteria and lichen. I was able to see what she was talking about in the pics she sent. Cris came by the very next day!!! He was extremely polite and professional. He was up on the roof and cleaning within minutes. Not only did he do an excellent job, my roof looks practically brand new, he cleaned up the bacteria and lichens that fell off the roof. I am so happy with the job roof renew pros did. I'm getting compliments from my neighbors and friends. I would definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to people. Great job on doing our home. Very professional and everything was well cared for during the job. The house looks great!!

Overall very well. Sales person very professional and did good job of explaining condition of roof. Price was discounted for allowing sign on lawn making it affordable. Worker arrived at scheduled time and was friendly. Spent >3 hrs scrubing roof with a machine with a brush on it. Cleaned area of dirt and debris after. Shingles looked almost like new when completed which is remarkable considering it' over 18 years old.

We are very happy with the result!! The roof looks brand new! The workers were professional and pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I keep telling my husband that our house looks so clean now! It really made a huge difference.

The workers stayed on the project all day with very limited breaks. They worked extremely hard and did a superb job! The work was done perfectly - the roof looks new - completely free of dark mold and green algae - I could not be more pleased - the man who performed the service was very qualified and had a great work ethic - he took wonderful care to make sure no damage was done to the roof shingles - nor to any shrubs around the house - he arrived on time and worked steadily all day - after cleaning the roof, he made sure the outside of the house - gutters for example + siding - were completely clean - the products used are all 'green' - no bleach - no high pressure water - a first class operation and the result is amazing

The company over committed from the jump. They missed the timing for starting the job and then cancelled due to weather. The cleaning was subpar and didn't last 1-2 months much less the two year guarantee. We had returning black streaks within the first month. They would not provide proof of insurance or written warranties other than emails. Their responsiveness has been abysmal. Not once did they return to re-do or try to fix the situation and stopped returning phone calls and emails.
