Response from Going Green Industries Inc.
Usually we are very busy, so we don't always have time to read the reviews. But now I am on top of them. I am an avid believer on reviews, and I welcome constructive criticisms when work is provided for a consumer. What is amazing me is that the work wasn't even completed on this property and there was a review for work not being completed. I felt the need to express my view so that we could set the facts straight, and the opinions to the side. We agreed on a price after I lowered the price by $500.00 due to the [Member Name Removed]'s personal situation. So out of compassion, I had lowered the price from the home located in Sparta that was extensively huge in size with degrees of difficulty. It was expressed that there was a time line that it needed to be done in. I had several machines in for maintenance, and the one machine that was to be used, was waiting on a very expensive part, from the manufacturer. In light of that, I didn't have another open crew to suite the time line, so I actually suggested perhaps calling another contractor and even made suggestions as to who to use that may be eco friendly. The reason that pricing was so cheaper than mine was because chemicals were used. Chemicals that I warn people about daily. I happen to live locally to this property, and the streaks are already back in full force. I would have been able to complete it had time not been an issue. But in reading this review, I'm actually thankful that I didn't do it. Something tells me that no matter what kind of spectacular job we would have done, it wouldn't have been up to par, considering that I suggested using another contractor, way ahead of time, kept her in the loop about the part, and essentially guided her to give away the business instead of leaving her hanging. I got a bad review for giving the work to another contactor. I am sorry you were unhappy with me informing you that you would have to wait , or go with another person. I wish you well in your future.
