Came out for estimate in a timely manner, said we would receive estimate via email in few days. That was 6 weeks ago. Never heard a word. Checked email and spam daily.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had Garden State Home Remodeling come to pave my old torn up driveway and yard space and replace with asphalt. This was my first major home project and I was really nervous. Kelvin walked me thru the entire process from beginning to end. Kelvin was so professional and answered every question I had. Everything I asked for was done over and beyond. The crew did an excellent job on my driveway/yard. I’m more than happy and will use their services again!

Hired this company after interviewing two other companies to remodel my kitchen. My husband and I were saving for quite some years to have this project done so we wanted the best contractor that we trusted to do the work. They came in to our home (on time with the appointment) and explained every detail about the job step by step. We really appreciated this and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. John the sales rep was willing to spend as much time needed to answer our questions. We did not get the same sense of patience from other contractors. Although not the cheapest or most expensive we are happy we selected Garden State Home Remodeling for our extensive kitchen rehab. Thank you Garden State Remodeling Group for a job well done.

Siding, gutters, and wrap window frames. Great price, great job. Very happy with the job and communication. I was already with another company who was putting too much pressure on me. Luckily I was able to get out of that contract and I got the opportunity to do business with GSHM instead. John came to my house and he already knew what my almost 250 years old house needed. I used this company for a few projects on my home. Siding, roofing, a bathroom remodel and an island for my kitchen. I cannot say enough about them. They did an excellent job on every project. The quality of work was great and they are very easy to work with. I would definitely continue to use them for our future projects.

I had a very old roof removed ( two layers) and a new one installed by GSR. The work was done in one day, the workmen were experienced and well supervised. I would use this company again for other work in the future.

This included creating a laundry room from a closet, connected through to the bathroom, remodelled bathroom, painted, refinished wood flooring, installed kitchen cabinetry and built/installed a custom hutch as a storage unit. 100% satisfied and happy I chose GSHR for my project. I was looking to get my kitchen, and, from start to finish, I was taken care of. My representative was attentive to my vision of an open concept kitchen/living/dining room, took down the walls in between, and opened up space in my home I never sought possible! Their team of professionals got the job done quickly and cleaned up well after, too. My guests love my new island, and I think it's safe to say I'll be the host once COVID is over! My wife and I were shopping around for contractors in North Jersey and Garden State came to our rescue. At first, we didn't know where to start, what material we were going for, and were kind of depending on the ideas and input of an expert, and, sure enough, our representative had the knowledge to get our project done. Our guests love the double vanity and walk-in, with ceramic tile finishes. The guys that helped with the work were professional and courteous. No complaints here!

Very prompt and quickly done. Company is very professional, just noted that there were some debris such as nails in the backyard which could be dangerous for kids/pets. Easy cleanup with a magnet, so it's okay. All updates are holding up very well after a year. The service was a bit pricey, but can be financed which is great.

I had windows installed. The entire process from the financing to the installation was fast & professional. A crew of 4 arrived at my home early and were done in no time. I didn't have to move furniture or clean up after they left. The crew even worked around my plants.

We purchased a home that was over 108 years old and needed a complete gut renovation for all 3 floors. We met with John Fiore and were very impressed with his responsiveness, flexibility, and partnership throughout this massive project. He responded to calls, email and texts within minutes, was always available and communicative through the process (which is hard to find but so valued, especially as we were living about 1.5 hours away during the renovation). John always did the right thing for the project (either proactively letting us know when changes needed to be made or absorbing costs into the project). For example, the floors got damaged during demo when combining two rooms. He just gave us new floors without asking us to pay because it was the right thing to do. Also, his team was meticulous about laying tiles, mapping out electrical, etc. If we had a problem or didn’t like something, they fixed it at no additional cost. John was so patient and calming throughout the renovation. One thing everyone warned us about was planning for the budget to double through a project this big. John’s team kept such meticulous track of the expenses (including light fixture, tiles, etc) and we actually received a credit towards our project because we stayed under budget for most of our selections. This is completely unheard of and I am so impressed with how organized their processes are. We really felt that Garden State made a big and challenging construction process as positive of an experience as possible. We hired them to do our back deck and have referred them to many of our friends and neighbors who have been blown away by the renovation of our hike. We will hire them for all future projects based on our really great experience with them!

I hired them to put a new roof on one of my rental properties and they did a fabulous job. They finished within a timely manner and the crew was great with any questions/concerns that I had. The work was neat, complete and done to my satisfaction. They did such a great job on my rental that I even had them put a new roof at my own residence. I will definitely recommend them for any home project.
