Highly recommend quality on time service And knowledgeable

Strongly recommend against using Audio Visual Concepts. I hired this company to perform pre wiring and install audio system and home theater in a new house. The company failed to pre wire the house for telephone service thus forcing me to hire another contractor who had to back wire the house at considerable additional expense. AVS alsodid not to extend cable outside for a satellite television provider, forcing us to break walls to fish it out. At the end of the project AVS insisted on adding state taxes to their invoice, even though we showed them state regulations which clearly stated that work on new construction was not taxable. Ultimately when their system began to fail within weeks, they refused to honor the warranty.
