I located Jamie Provenzale on Angie's List and was so glad I connected with him. First, he was extremely responsive and immediately picked up the phone when I called the number listed. He was polite and came over at a mutually amenable time to assess the damages. Jamie was very knowledgeable and considered our personal situation in order to come up with a very cost effective method to remedy the work. In addition to doing the work that he was contracted for, Jamie also noted some other issues and made recommendations to us on how to fix them in a cost effective manner. He was so polite to our entire family, including our 3 and 4 year olds, and was also very neat and clean---there was barely anything to do when he left!! We would highly recommend Jamie and All Pro to anyone out there--what a true pleasure to deal with--and we will definitely be calling him back on other items we need assistance with.

I had been planning my bathroom renovation for quite some time. I told Jamie that I wanted to purchase some of the larger items in advance so it wouldn't be such a shock to my pocketbook. Jamie worked with me to prepare a list of items and quantities needed. When I was ready to begin work, he worked me into his schedule. He and his crew worked for a couple of weeks and did a fantastic job. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and I am extremely happy with the work.

We saw this old bathroom slowly being torn apart and gradually being rebuilt into something well beyond our expectations.They tore out the old and rotting window and replaced it with a new, frosted one. They also installed siding around the window so that it was impossible to tell that any restoration had even been done. They installed a new bath tub with Jacuzzi jets. We threw them a curve ball when we decided to add a heated floor, but they did not flinch and had their crew handle it. They installed a new vanity, sink and mirrored cabinet. After that, we decided to add another cabinet with hamper. There was a delay in getting that because it was a last minute order, but again, they took it all in stride. There was a problem with the toilet as we bought the wrong flange size and that had to be swapped out, thus another delay, unrelated to their performance. They installed a new linen closet door, added shelves and a new entrance door. Finished up painting, tiling, corking, etc. The very best compliment we can pay these guys is that we want them back to renovate our kitchen now. The bottom line is that they were reliable (when they say they are coming in the morning, they show up), very professional, courteous, friendly and most importantly very hard working and very experienced, as evidenced by the outstanding quality and workmanship of the job they did to our new bathroom. We just love it and thank the guys for all their hard work and understanding of the changes that homeowners usually make at the last minute. Absolutely the best crew we have ever had working on our home! We recommend them to anyone looking for renovations to their home, without any reservations, whatsoever. Great job, guys!

We had multiple problems in our existing basement bathroom - between the basement flooding and plumbing issues, we knew it was time to gut the entire room and start over. Jamie came up with some ideas and ran with the project. He gave us measurements for purchasing tile, vanity, lights, etc. He brought in a wonderful plumber, Cliff and his helper, Ben. They have made the room look fantastic. We have used Jamie for over 10 years on various household projects. He always does a fantastic job at a fair price. We trust him enough where he even has a copy ouf our house key.

Contractor came immediately for quote and was able to begin right away. It only took a couple of days to complete.
