Joe was kind enough to schedule an early morning with us last minute so we were very excited. I read very good reviews so thought I had found the right guy for the job as the house was small but our first home and an older one. The inspection went pretty well but he was non-committal in terms of advice. We learned a lot but did not get as many "tricks" as I would like being a newbie to home ownership. He stayed for a while (3 hours) and then provided me with a folder and said we would have the report within a couple of days. I was in a rush as I was trying to close within 30 days so was okay with a few days, as long as that was the case. 3 days passed and I had not heard anything. I decided to reach out via phone and email and was told that he got really busy and will have it the next day. I called the next day and was told that he got even busier and will do it first thing Friday. On Friday, I waited until 12 and emailed. I did not get a response for a couple of hours and thought I would call as it was a Friday and the day was coming to a close. I reached Joe and he looked through his notes and realized that he was supposed to do it but that he had not. He said he would get to it next which he did. Although the report and inspection were pretty good, the lack of timeliness which was promised multiple times set me back a week as I could not get a hold of my attorney until the week after to work on requesting some of the work being done.

Joe was very detailed and professional. He was able to notice and point out several things that needed to be fixed that some of the other inspectors had overlooked. By the time he left I felt a lot more confident in purchasing the property he inspected.

They were polite, professional, and responsive. It was a good experience.

Great. Joe might be the most detailed person I've ever used in this business. I learned more about this house in 5 hours than I ever could have imagined. I just wish he did the purchase, so I would have known what to focus my repair $$$ on. Thanks.

I would highly recommend All-in-One Home Inspection. From my initial call, my many questions were answered professionally and I was not rushed. AIOHI was able to accommodate my very short time period from my initial call on Friday afternoon and performed my inspection on time on Sunday morning. I even had my full report emailed by 8pm that same night.

It went very well. The guy was knowledgeable and was in and out quick. The price was exactly what was quoted.

It was a very simple and easy process. I was able to make an appt very quickly over the phone and was provided with information ahead regarding the inspection. Joe was prompt and courteous to everyone including the home owners, agents and myself. We got there a little late and Joe had already started the inspection. He took the time to explain what he found before we got there and was very patient and thorough in explaining all aspects of what he found and gave suggestions on remediation techniques. His inspection was very thorough (took 3.5 hours) from outside in. He was also extremely quick in turning around both the inspection report (within 2 business days) and the radon results, 2 days after report. The report was very thorough with pictures and was also well organized and easy to read. Finally, I had some concerns over lead given the age of the home after the inspection. Joe called me back quickly and discussed options and explained resources I had regarding my concerns. Would definitively recommend Joe and this company. Thanks

We tried looking on Angies list for a Home Inspection company. The guy owned the company that came highly recommended turned out to be on holiday, so we resorted to the phone book and found these guys. This company turned out to be $350 dollars cheaper, the inspector showed up on time, was very efficient and gave an amazing amount of detail in the report plus he was approachable, open to questions and cordial. The report was delivered electronically a day or two later and a hard copy arrived in the post about four days after the inspection. As I mentioned it was VERY comprehensive, even down to door stops and broken light bulbs. The text was illustrated with color photos showing the areas in question, and they had added arrows pointing to the specific area, mentioned in the text. The only downside was that he didn't pick up the radon test when he said he would, when the home owner called him he got a bit snappy with her. I would highly recommend these guys for a house buyer, but from a house sellers point of view they are VERY detailed in their reports so watch out ;0)
