I highly recommend this company!!! This is someone who knows their stuff and is willing to go the extra mile to really get the job done! Our heating oil ran out while we were away and we came back to a freezing house and an odd puddle of water coming out of the heater. Thanks to Desmond, we were able to get the heater back up and running properly within a day!! Excellent customer service and very professional! I have used them before and will definitely be using them again!!!

We have relied on ABCastello to service our furnace for several years. Recently our CO detector went off, and they arrived in a very timely manner to evaluate the issue. As seniors, heat is a top winter necessary. They were able to make the necessary repair the same day! Not only did they provide excellent service, but they are polite and leave the area clean. What more can you ask for. It is a real pleasure to know our furnace is always in such good hands. Needless to say, we would highly recommend them. Thank you, Desmond and Rob!

Our oil burner began emitting Carbon monoxide (CO) early one morning and stopped working. We called several repair services and no one called us back in a timely manner. We found AB Castello's on Angie's List, completed the Angie's List form and Desmond from AB Castellos called us immediately. Robert arrived less than an hour later. The first thing he did when he arrived was check for CO emissions. He then determined that our 16 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Later that day we received an estimate via email, had all of our questions answered on the phone, and arrived the next morning prepared to remove and replace our furnace. Desmond and Robert worked all day, into the evening, in order to install the new furnace. They were determined not to leave us one more night without heat. They were very polite, pleasant, neat and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company should you need service of any kind. Their response time was better than almost any other contractor we have hired, and their work excellent. They also cleaned up very well before leaving our home, and were very careful as they carried equipment in and out of our house. I cannot speak highly enough of them

Desmond is a very professional, knowledgeable and tact! Well priced for service and a regular down to earth, no bs, straight to the point and honest man. I appreciated his work and how he took the time to explain what was the issue and the how s and whys of the heating system. Fantastic response time, client service and work! Both technicians were skillfully prepared to detect and locate a gas leak that PSEG wasn't able to pinpoint. The quote was clear, the communication was clear, the work was carried out perfectly and the pricing was on point. I would certainly recommend them, and will certainly hire them in the future.

I hired Desmond for an AC and heating install. Desmond spent time explaining the different options and was really diligent about selecting the right option for us. Never pushy. He stayed late to ensure the system was working and called to check a few days later. Very professional and good value for money. I ll definitely use him again.

I was charged for diagnostic review. That s acceptable. Then again i was charged for labor. This is double dipping. I ve been over charged $145.00.
