Desmond came on time. Knows his stuff he was able to provide and explain in detail what we need to do in order to maintain our broiler. Any issues that we have he was able to fixed it . His price and cost is very reasonable.

Very responsive. Got a call just a few minutes after I got off of Home Advisor and set up an evaluation for the next day. Polite and willing to discuss troubleshooting process with me. Final resolution of the problem took excessively long (2 hours) especially since I identified what the problem could be when he first started looking at the furnace.

Holy Crap! I got and immediate response and set up the service for the same day. Desmond came and was beyond professional. If I had written a list of what I would want in a contractor, not what I would expect, I would have left a lot out. This is a great company. I've already scheduled him for additional work. We had an nissue with our current repair company, they could not provide timely service, so I reached out to Home Advisor and was immediately contacted by Desmond Castello. He was pleasant on the phone and said someone from his offie would contact me to set up nan appointment. They called within 10 minutes and scheduled the repair for the following morning at 9:00AM. Desmond showed up promptly, my wife said he was dressed in work clothes with his name on it, he was extremely professional and competent. He even had "booties" to protect our carpets. He diagnosed the problem and then drove an hour away to pick up original Lennox parts to fix our issue. He returned, repaired the furnace and then did a full service. The cost was reasonable and he will be providing me with a quote to take over maintenance of our system. Thanks Home Advisor for having quality vendors.

Desmond knows his stuff, is a nice guy and honest! In fact he just left, on Easter Sunday at 7:45pm...I would hire him for an entire system or to repair and existing one. You cannot go wrong here! HIRE DESMOND before someone else does!!!
