ABC Castellos Heating & Cooling came when they said they would and took the time to explain to me the Homeowner, what they were going to do. They also performed a AC System check which they did as part of their service. They also took the time to ask questions about my system. Desmond was very professional. i would recommend them to any one who needs their service.

ABCastello HVAC removed old A/C inside and outside units which were 25 years old from my 2700 sq feet 2 store colonial brick face house. Old units were replaced with new and more efficient units - TRANE 4 ton two stage SEER 17+ ECONET (condenser model RA-1748-AJ2CB, air handler model RH-2T-4821-MEACJA and communicating module Econet STAT model RETS-T601-SYS). Excellent work quality! Fast response! Very reasonable price quote for 10 years parts warranty and 5 years labor and service warranty! Honest and hard working person! All work was done in a couple of days (including old unit removal)! I am very happy and a very satisfied customer of his service for life!!! A+++++

Didn't tell me the price until after the repair and it was excessive. Charged a significant amount for a diagnostic even though I told them what the problem was before they showed up 4 hours late. The person was knowledgeable.
