They came, went over our whole system with a fine tooth comb, found many things that others had missed and did a quick repair. Good customer service and very professional.

The best thing is that they were available at a time when we were struggling to find anyone to come and service our air conditioner. Everyone that we had called were backed up for weeks, so it was a great relief that they came and serviced the AC. Benjamin was professional and knew what he did, he was on time and called a day ahead to confirm the appointment. Would recommend him to others.

Desmond Castello was the ultimate professional. I needed to have multiple Air Conditioners installed in a commercial building that had been partially unoccupied. Units were unlabeled and had to be located, wired, and charged. It required a full knowledge of all aspects of HVAC work. I would highly recommend him.

Desmond Castello has done several projects for our home. He is the smartest HVAC and plumber I have ever hired. He fixed our sump pump, bathroom faucets and shower heads, installed a second zone and condenser on the second floor of our house, figured out how to solve our humidifier issues. I cannot say enough good things about Des. He was able to fix so many things no one else could ever repair. And he does it with a smile and if you have an emergency he shows up!! I got his name from another contractor and I would recommend him again and again!!
