mr laisi responded quickly on line, and actually called me back. i did not use him because the man that was supposed to do the job for my neighbor showed up - (2 days late). he was removing the snow as i was trying to get some help on line. i would recommend mr laisi just based on his promptness and speaking to him on the phone. i'm sure he does a good job also. i will contact him again (for myself) for snow removal and will keep him in mind for any other project in his area of expertise. thank you.

Walt called me within minutes of submitting my request. They showed up a little over an hour later to plow the 2 feet of snow in my 150 foot driveway. I am very pleased w/ their service & will call them again for the next snow fall.
