+ -1 moreWe had used Joe previously when renovating our master bathroom and had been very pleased with the result. On this occasion, however, we were disappointed. He seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly (to meet his schedule) rather than getting it done right. Most serious problem was that he directed us to a granite provider that tried a "bait and switch" on us and finally left us with a flawed piece of granite. In negotiations with the granite company, he failed to act as our advocate, leaving us to battle them on our own. In summary his own carpentry work was excellent, But, as a general contractor he failed to adequately supervise and coordinate the work of his subcontractors and recommended suppliers.
Description of Work: Renovating main bathroom. Acted as general contractor although cost quoted above did not include tiles, fixtures and paint.

+ 1 moreHe is wonderful and I would higher him again any time I need any thing else done. He is just terrific and does great work.
Description of Work: He has put in a fireplace, remodeled the kitchen, and has also done windows for me as well.

+ -1 moreHe was very accommodating. He never argued with me (I'm very fussy). He went the extra mile over and over again.
Description of Work: He totally revamped our kitchen. He moved a window, cabinets, everything got moved. The electric, the plumbing all were moved. He put up a light fixture - twice. He acted as my general contractor. He also remodeled two bathrooms. He cut down a wall between the kitchen and family room. He supported that area after he was done. He vented our bathrooms properly. He did great.

+ -1 moreI WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN. HE HAS VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP AND QUALITY OF WORK. IT WAS A CONSTANT BATTLE TO GET HIM TO FULFILL HIS CONTRACT. HE WAS VERY MESSY WITH HIS WORK. OVER ALL I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH HIS WORK.
Description of Work: HE DID MY BATHROOM RENOVATION.
