Charlie the owner is really very friendly and response very quickly. And the job he did was really very nice. So many people in my neighborhood appreciated the job.

Charlie showed up promptly for the initial visit, made recommendations and started work soon after. Charlie, Philip, Emerson and the team showed great, synchronized teamwork and scrupulous attention to detail. They pride themselves in quality workmanship which was evident on the job. They also cleaned up thoroughly.

They were great. They showed up when they were suppose to and were NEAT! They did the job as they said they would. Charlie was very helpful and concerned. His people were just as professional. Even after we paid and they left, a small situation came up and they came back and fixed it perfectly.

Prompt response to initial inquiry, followed by quick scheduling of the job. Crew arrived exactly on time, set to work immediately, and very quickly completed the job with fine results. Also notable was the cost which was less than 1/3 of the lowest of the 3 bids I had received before it occurred to me to search through Home Advisor.

Very professional and courteous crew from Charlie. The result was better than I envisioned. Cleaned up completely after the job. Completed on schedule as promised. I would definitely hire him again for other front/back yard stone/paving work. I think, the service is little bit expensive compared to other contractors but the quality is very good.

Charley and his crew did a great job with replacing my front steps. I had ugly brick and concrete steps and he replaced it with limestone and concrete. He brought enough guys over to do the job in one full day which was impressive. It was even more critical because rain was in the forecast for the rest of the week! CPD is great value and I would definitely hire them again.

Very informative sales person and workers. Work was clean and efficient, but seems expensive given the time and parts involved in the project. Rating on project really needs to be done after it dries and we have a big rain storm and water table rises.

Very pleasant and hard-working crew! They did quality work under very cold conditions and still answered our questions fully and with good humor. Charley Oliviera was very obliging and did all that we asked and even more. Definitely worth his fair price! I'd use his company again in a minute!

Timely work, good price, good value.

He and his crew were nice and worked with my schedule. Gave me options to complete my patio and the area around my basement door. Always returned my phone calls and answered all of my questions. Assured me that he would be available in the future if I had more questions. The finish looks good.

They are an excellent company to deal with. Communication is wonderful and the quality stands on its own. Timing was outstanding, they were very professional and very neat. I would recommend CPD to others and I already have.
