They show up when they say they will and do a great job. Very helpful in designing solutions when the owner is not certain. I have since had them back twice for more work. Their work is very good, and they clean up after themselves.

I didn't want to start the project of rebuilding my porch steps until the Spring. Unfortunatly the steps had other ideas and fell apart in February. The only option I had was the internet to help find a reliable company that wouldnt take advantage of a desperate situation. Within an hour Charlie from CPD gave me a fair price and could start the next day. I cancelled the other 2 contractors that I scheduled and was so pleased with the results of the porch, I requested the chimney, driveway, and walkways also done. Charlie was one of the best contractors i had to deal with. I am in the business and i felt very comfortable with them. They showed when they said they would and did the job right. They cleaned everything up and took all the dirt and garbage. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They wil be back in spring to do our walkway and driveway.

The owner, Charley, was VERY friendly, cooperative and knowledgable. This job required that his employees work in my neighbors' yard and they had nothing but good to say about how they respected the property and cleaned up after themselves. I found the work to be superb and the workers as well. I had things that I wanted to do last minute, and they accomodated me without any problems. The end result is absolutely beautiful. I am planning more work for next year and will call CPD back to do it.
