+ -1 morePoorly. Tech people are like plumbers. When we need their help we are dependent on them. This man showed no concern and lacked the professionalism consumers need.
Description of Work: Caused my computer to stop working and then was not responsive to calls, emails or texts to correct his error and stand behind his work.

+ 0 moreJill Pavel of Yes Marketing and Media Solutions, and her assistant Jenn Nixon, have been a wonderful find! They both get back to me promptly, they understand exactly what I want when I talk to them, they take care of the matter expertly and they communicate precisely and clearly about what they've done. I'm never left wondering if they "got it" or if they are actually doing the work for which I'm paying them. I also never worry that they are "tweeting" something in my name that doesn't accurately represent me or which might embarrass me. They are just terrific, and after a few bad experiences in the past with social media/Internet marketing people, I feel very lucky to have found them. On top of which, they are genuinely lovely to interact with - warm and responsive. I feel that I very much get my money's worth and more. I'm sure that what they do for me is just a small part of the services they offer, and while I can't speak to their other capabilities, I can say I would try them simply because of how great they are to deal with.
Description of Work: Before I found Yes Marketing and Media Solutions I had spent some time unsuccessfully casting about for a company I could trust to create and manage my Internet presence as a musician. I'm neither skilled at nor do I have much time for facebook, twitter, etc. and needed someone to create a fan page, reach out to my fans and gather them together, and keep up regular communications with them, as well as coach me on how to contribute my part to the process.
