+ 0 moreMy daughter had used Sam the Carpet man a few years ago for her business and was very happy with him. Fortunately my daughter reminded me about Sam when I was selling my home and needed someone to install carpet in a hallway and on a staircase. I had already gotten a few price quotes and was in a big hurry. I called Sam and gave him approx measurement and sent pics. He was kind enough to give me a ballpark price over the phone which was lower than all the the other quotes. I let him pic a neutral color without me seeing it. It turned out beautiful. His guys did a wonderful job. The best part was that with Sam you don't even have to g to a store, he will come to you where ever you live. Sam is also a super nice guy. I highly recommend him for any carpet or flooring needs.

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. We have had other contractors in here and none of them were as nice as Sam. They also did an excellent job on a commercial job for me. We will be using them for anything floor related.
Description of Work: They installed the carpets in my entire second floor. They also installed flooring up the stairs and a number of runners on the first floor.

+ -1 moreIt is absolutely beautiful, they were very professional and friendly. Most notably they were extremely quick, and came all the way out to New York for the work which is quite a travel. They finished very promptly and we have additional work at another property that we will certainly be calling them for.

+ 0 moreThey were referred by my Hardwood floor guy. They gave me an excellent price. The overall work was good. The downsides were they were hard to reach for updates.. Example: I wanted to change my plans and could not reach them. By the time I heard from them they were done with the job. As I said, the overall job was good and the price was nice. When the carpets arrived they had not been vacuumed or cleaned. That was not very professional. Overall I think I would give them another chance but would hope for some improvement
Description of Work: My Way Carpeting bound three large pieces of wall to wall carpeting I removed from my home. I pulled up relatively new wall to wall to finish the wood floors and did not want to throw all the carpet out.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY GAVE US AN FREE ESTIMATE AND STAYED WITHIN THE QUOTE. THERE WAS NO MESS TO CLEAN UP. WE WERE QUITE PUNCTUAL. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.
