Momentum Solar

*DO NOT sign a contract with Momentum Solar... There is a lack of professionalism and customers service, in which i have NEVER experienced before! On 06/24, we agreed on a price for the solar project at my home... after speaking with the manager over the phone, the approval was granted by the company owner and the contract was signed. Several weeks later, I was contacted over the phone and told that the cost for the project could not remain the same as we had previously agreed and signed upon. However, months have passed and I still don't have an answer as to what this "new cost" would be. It's pretty clear that this company just doesn't want to deal with this issue and the fact that it's a breach of contract. We all know that contracts are created to protect the company providing said services, however, it's also made to protect the customer. The fact that Momentum Solar, has created this breach of contract issue and at the end of the day, is just dragging along simply waiting for the customer to give up... hoping for a no harm no foul type of situation is absolutely despicable!!! I will make sure to write about my experience with Momentum Solar, at every chance I get, so that the public understands and sees the type of business this company is willing to offer.

This is the first company that was able to take on our solar project. The sales rep was easy to work with. Follow-up has been very satisfying. Looking forward to the installation process starting.

Install crew was on time, professional, courteous. Clean up was perfect. Informed me of their actions as they went along. SUper team to work with.
