Momentum Solar

The DISGUST OF having to deal with these people is way beyond necessary. The reply to my complaint is beyond any lie if I ever herd one. These pictures clearly show where the issue started and was caused and for them to day they have gone above and beyond on issues thar they didn't cause???? Are you serious? One big hole 3 leaks that obviously went through my insulation and your telling me you didn't cause this? The first picture shows all the insulation on the ground and your stating that you had nothing to do with that and you shouldn't replace the insulation? Not to mention 3 years of trying to get this fixed with the leaks not repaired timely and you have the audacity to tell me that you didn't cause the repaired areas? Wow these pics don't lie and attached is the first email in 2022 when this all started and still not resolved in 2024 seriously ? I am beyond disgusted by the response.

*DO NOT sign a contract with Momentum Solar... There is a lack of professionalism and customers service, in which i have NEVER experienced before! On 06/24, we agreed on a price for the solar project at my home... after speaking with the manager over the phone, the approval was granted by the company owner and the contract was signed. Several weeks later, I was contacted over the phone and told that the cost for the project could not remain the same as we had previously agreed and signed upon. However, months have passed and I still don't have an answer as to what this "new cost" would be. It's pretty clear that this company just doesn't want to deal with this issue and the fact that it's a breach of contract. We all know that contracts are created to protect the company providing said services, however, it's also made to protect the customer. The fact that Momentum Solar, has created this breach of contract issue and at the end of the day, is just dragging along simply waiting for the customer to give up... hoping for a no harm no foul type of situation is absolutely despicable!!! I will make sure to write about my experience with Momentum Solar, at every chance I get, so that the public understands and sees the type of business this company is willing to offer.

Very professional work. Crew chief kept me informed thru out the installation Entire crew were friendly and worked hard to complete the project Couldn't be happier.

Wrong service for hours cleaning. Thank you anyways.
