He showed up on time, was friendly and helpful. I'd told him in advance that I'd need documentation for the city to confirm that heat worked and that that needed to be on his letterhead. He didn't bring letterhead, so provided me with a generic form and asked me to try to get city to accept it. They did not, so I had to contact him to get the required document. This was annoying, but would not prevent me from hiring him again.

I had an existing water heater that was never inspected by the town. Mike came removed the water heater and re-installed it to meet all plumbing codes. The work was done quickly and neatly.
