+ -1 moreHe showed up on time, was friendly and helpful. I'd told him in advance that I'd need documentation for the city to confirm that heat worked and that that needed to be on his letterhead. He didn't bring letterhead, so provided me with a generic form and asked me to try to get city to accept it. They did not, so I had to contact him to get the required document. This was annoying, but would not prevent me from hiring him again.
Description of Work: Figured out why furnace wasn't turning on, taught me how/when to change furnace filter, provided documentation for city to confirm heat worked. Gave me good advice about installing central a/c. Provided a referral for a carpenter, who also provided good work for a good price.

+ 0 moreI had an existing water heater that was never inspected by the town. Mike came removed the water heater and re-installed it to meet all plumbing codes. The work was done quickly and neatly.
Description of Work: I need to have a hot water heater re-installed to pass inspection.
