They did a fabulous job. They were professional in their attitude and work habits. Glenn and the crew he brought worked consistently and well. This was despite the fact that I had to scale back the job considerably for personal reasons.

He did an excellent job. He was responsive and professional.

Glenn, his brother and company are phenomenal. Technically I know no one is perfect, but seriously, Glenn and company are probably as close as you are going to find to perfect in this lifetime. He's honest, punctual, extremely helpful and realistic in his suggestions. My family wants to adopt him. We met, did a walkthrough, came up with a list of what needed to be done, he made suggestions and he told he how he was going to do it, he generated a itemized quote so I could pick and chose the jobs I wanted. I ended up doing everything and he had me list which jobs took priority over others so he knew what to complete first based on my input. The job was actually finished ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was excellent.

When Glenn came to look at the room for the estimate, he was thorough in explaining what would be done. In particular, since our house is older, he wanted to take down one of the tiles to get an idea what was above them (and how big a job it would be). For this job, Glenn worked with a second person. They were good about coming when they said they would, and the work went pretty much at the pace we had been expecting. We had one "unexpected" decision come up during the work. When the tiles were down, before starting on the sheetrock, they took the time to point out some slight bowing where the sheetrock would be attached -- and at that point they let us know the options (the sheetrock could go up but would be slightly curved, or there were some more involved ways to get a more perfectly flat ceiling). We went ahead as planned. When the sheetrock was up, the curve was visible but pretty slight by the time it was painted, the curving is barely noticeable. The rest went smoothly, and we're very happy with how it all looks.

He was punctual and answers questions. He makes sure you're satisfied with the work he does. I was very pleased with his work. I plan on using him again soon.

He came when he said he would. He answered questions on other services he could provide. He cleaned up after himself. The overall experience was great.

With the Happy Handyman the project was terrific. The work was excellent. He is professional and very mindful of details. At one point he stopped the project to have us look at the paint color and he was right, it was not the right shade. Had he not been so conscientious, the project would have been in big trouble. He always cleaned up after his work. For instance, I was amazed how clean the house was after the drywall was pulled down. No dust and no piles of junk in the middle of the floor. I also didn't see any damage to the 2 x 4 framing. He helps with advice and counsel, without which I'm sure the project would not have worked out as well as it did. I trusted him enough to work un-supervised on the project and he always finished on time. I would trust him again with another project. In fact we are now discussing the next project.
