Great communication and superb workmanship

I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude to Rob and his team. We recently purchased a new home and while we were excited, we were faced the unavoidable challenge of replacing our roof, gutters and skylights. To make matters works we were still located in Los Angeles due to the pandemic and had to source bids and get the work started remotely. My wife and I are so happy we found Hammer Exteriors. Rob was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive, transparent, and fair! He understood our challenge in being out of state and basically treated our home as if it were his. We are in the process of now working with Hammer Exteriors to get more exterior work done. You will not be disappointed with Rob and his team.

Rob from Hammer exteriors was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding the entire project that included roof replacement, siding repair, and installation of new windows and gutters. He spent many hours reviewing the project even before being hired for the work. Most importantly, he is always available and supervises his projects in detail. Honesty is his most salient attribute and I would highly recommend without reservation.

Rob (contractor) and the crews worked in a timely manner to remove old cedar siding and install vinyl siding and trim. Also a crew installed covered gutters. The job was completed in 5 days because the weather was mild. If Rob was not pleased with a part of the job, he had the crew redo it. They were responsive to our needs and concerns, quality work, honest interactions, and worked steadily to complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend the company and crew to do work on house exteriors.

I had several quotes, but I knew I had to go with Rob and Hammer Exteriors. Rob and his team were professionals in every sense of the word. Pricing was fair, but what Hammer had over the other guys was expertise. I have absolutely no doubts about the quality of workmanship that was put into my new roof, skylight, and gutters. The job was completely in a timely manner as well. Rob was great to work with, as he has a vast amount of knowledge and was patient in answering all of my questions. I cannot recommend Hammer Exteriors enough. You get exactly the kind of attention to detail and effort you expect and want when going with Hammer Exteriors.

Rob was easy to work with. I needed new siding and gutters. I had a few quotes that were more than him, and a few that were cheaper, but he gave me the most confidence he can do a good job and he did. Followed up with me at every step of the way, let me know if anything was delayed because of vendors or weather. Stopped by several times to make sure everything was being done right, as well as afterwards to make sure the install was finalized. Highly recommend.

Rob and his crew did a great job. Communication with Rob was great. When rain was forecast for the day they where supposed to do my roof Rob called me to ask if it was ok to do it the day before the scheduled date, which worked out perfectly. Very professional company.

Working with Rob and the Hammer Exterior team was the best choice I made for my project. During the pandemic I changed my house project priority from indoors to outdoors. I evaluated four contractors who came to my home, evaluated the siding and gutter replacement, and gave their proposals. I chose Rob and team for multiple reasons. First, I felt Rob had my best interests at heart. Others told me all about them, with less focus on my needs and home. Second, Rob took the time to review the project expectations, being transparent that some costs would not be known until the current two layers of siding were removed â one the original layer from early 1900s. Other contractors glossed over this. Third, Rob took the time to show me the materials that would be used, and their cost and impact to my home now and over the long term. Other contractors showed me the materials but did not go into detail. Rob was even kind enough to review material differences across proposals and share the pros and cons - even if I were to not choose him for the project. Fourth, Rob had an excellent crew come and do the work. They removed old aluminum siding and the original materials. Once removed, they meticulously built back my home, with proper wrap and replacement of any wood required. I chose the double panel 6" vinyl siding with built in insulation. The crew spent 6 days to do this project. Rob was available at any time and was on site each day to check in. I feel like I have a new home. My neighbors are equally excited for me and uplift to our neighborhood. This was a big project for me. I am glad to have found Rob and team. I would recommend them for any of their services.

Hammer Exteriors is a highly-qualified and professional company. They delivered as promised and on schedule. Great communications throughout the project. Quality products. We had them do our siding, windows roofing and gutters. We were impressed with how smoothly they handled surprise issues with our property. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and friends.

Rob replied to me immediately, and work was scheduled within 1 week. Rob fully explained to process, the best options and the scope of my roof replacement. He answered the phone every time I called, and kept me informed every step of the project. This was particularly important as I live 90 minutes away. I had full trust in Hammer Exteriors to complete the work as described.

In four days the vinyl siding project was completed and the property was left spotless. The hard working crew was right on time each day and cleaned up the site before leaving. I had gotten four estimates but none of the other three (although lower in price) were as thorough in describing every detail. The high quality of the workmanship and materials assure me that I made the right choice. I wholeheartedly recommend Hammer Exteriors and my home is receiving many thumbs up and praise by neighbors and strangers walking, jogging and riding by.

Hammer exteriors is a great company . They are professional and provide quality work in a timely manner. My roof looks excellent and I couldn t be more pleased with the work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding or gutter work.
