This was my first opportunity to work with Elite and they performed exceptionally in the quality of their work and expertise, the professional interactions with my wife and I, and the final results. Joe was very helpful and accommodating in planning the project, and he and his crew were punctual, fast, and thorough in all of their work. Had no problem coming back for a minor adjustment on one of the doors either. The new doors look and feel great, couldn't have done a better job. Old houses can be rough and they had no problems they couldn't figure out with ease. Would recommend and use again for any carpentry project

Job was done very professionally. Bathroom floor and shower came out great. All staff were very courteous, arrived when promised and and I hired them again to do additional tiling/ touch up on 2 other bathrooms.

Joe is pleasant and professional to deal with. Prior to doing the job, he came in a couple of times to measure my front door and again to inspect the door and side lights that I had personally ordered and delivered to my home, to make sure that the materials were exactly as they should be. The door replacement went well, however, I noticed that my storm door wouldn't lock from the inside. He immediately rectified the issue when he came to install my window shutters. I am happy with the result of both jobs and will definitely hire him again.

Everything went extremely well. Joe was consistently in communication with me. Everything arrived on time, the workers came at the time that they said they would. The job was completed with a crew within the day and cleaned everything up to the best of their ability and nothing was damaged in the meantime. The quote priced out was exactly what was paid and there's no complaints about the experience in general. I'd highly recommend them for any carpentry work needed.

Joe/Nick and the crew arrived on time Saturday morning 7:30 and installed 10 new replacement windows. Immediately we felt all rooms keep the heat in. After having them in for the weekend I noticed that my heat was not turning on as often and the house stayed warm. The crew was cleaned up and gone before 11:00AM.

Joe and the crew stopped by Saturday afternoon to complete my window portion of the kitchen door and window replacement. As always it went very smooth and the completed the job in under an hour. I can not say enough great things about this company, they know their craft. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN! I will be getting a quote for the windows next.

Joe came out on Tuesday to measure out the doors and window, sent me the quote of Thursday, I accepted it on Friday. He told me that the installation would be 3 weeks out due to the ordering of the custom window. Sent me a text Friday early afternoon that he would swing by on Saturday to do the back and storm door along with the accordion door. All the work was beautifully done and Joe will stop by to install the window once it comes in. If you have any work that needs to be done on an older house Joe and his family are the ones to hire. This is the 3rd job he has done for us and I can not say enough about their skills. He is coming to quote windows next, then a new bathroom, and floors. They are my go to for all work on my 100 year old house.

I had received several quotes from different contractors. Although similar in pricing, Elite Carpentry was the most professional and responsive. Being in consumer related business, my expectations are very high in client care and they sure did deliver! They were prompt in all the quotes and executed all the task at hand. Once they were done, it looked like they were never there. I strongly recommend them to any and everyone who is willing to hear me out.
