Joe and his workers were excellent. They were punctual and very courteous. The work was completed in a very timely manner and they were extremely conscientious about cleaning up. The work done was extremely professional. I would highly recommend him and I look forward to working with him on our next project.

I got three estimates for my job. Out of all the estimates I definitely liked Joe the best. He was efficient, and always a pleasure to deal with. Even after I signed the contract and had another question I had an answer from him in such a short time. I think his response times was within minutes. Their work was excellent. We were very pleased. At the same time we were going through a mold issue in my bathroom and he was more than willing to help me with advice even though I was going to use a mold contractor. I will definitely use them again. We were very happy with their work and our dealings with them were all positive. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Everything was completed as in the contract.

The repairs went well. I was pleased with his work. He was very professional and reliable. Mr. Guarraci will be replacing the kitchen floor in the future. I highly recommend him.

The repairs/upgrades were handled in a professional manner and the knowledge of Joe and his team made for a smooth transition from start to finish. Communications were always good whether by phone or email. To sum up: Joe listens to what you say and keeps you involved in the process; he and the members of his team were always easy to get along with.

They were here that morning exactly on time. 7:30 am. There were 4 of them. They were neat, clean and efficient. They were in done 6 hours like they promised. The fence is beautiful. And done better than our expectations. This is a family owned business. Father, son, son-in-law. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I called and left a message for Joe to set up a appointment for an assessment. He called me back within a timely manner, was very professional over the phone. We set up an appointment for the upcoming Friday. Joe called me the next day to inform me that the job he was working on had been extended to another room and he would not be able to get to me for another 2 to 3 weeks and he said he knew I would want the work done asap, so he was just unfortuntely informing me that he would not be able to do the job. Eventhou I was dissappointed I truly respect that type of professionalism and courtesy. And that my friends is how a business should be run.

On Sat 11/23/13, Joe & Team installed 2-Storm Doors & 1-Ceiling Fan for me, everything works & looks terrific! I highly recommend Joe Guarraci & Son Remodeling. He is a very good worker. I always tell him he has gifted hands. Everything he does looks great. The last time he was here he installed a bathroom vanity for me. The vanity that he removed was a custom made one and it was very difficult to remove. Other types of jobs he has done for me include: fixing a plumbing issue where tile and grout had to be removed and then re-laid and replaced a couple of windows. Joseph can fix anything! He also remodels kitchens and bathrooms. He can also add on rooms to a home. One of my friends had him re-do her bathroom and she was thrilled with the work. Joseph is an extremely reliable person. I cant say enough about him.
