Glen was very responsive. He arrived the same day within one hour of when I placed the call. This is my third time using him and would definitely do so again. He spent approx 2 hours doing the job.

I gave Glenn a light fixture to install at my rental property. He told me it did not fit and installed a plain bulb above the entry of my property. I was not happy since my property is a nice looking place, the light I gave him cost me $60, and he installed a plain bulb. That was the last I heard from him. He did not give me back the light fixture I had given him, and did not charge me either. A little strange....

It went great called his office and left a message, then five minutes later he returned my call. He was there within the hour. Came in asked a few questions about what the problem was then went to work. He was very respectful when having to move furniture with breakables . Within twenty minutes he found the problem and power was back on and i was back in business. He replace the one receptacle were loose wire was and another were receptacle looked broken. I will defiantly use and refer him again . Very prompt ,respectful and clean service.
