+ -1 moreJim did a fantastic job on the project. We couldn't be happier with his work. Everything looks beautiful. He is a perfectionist. The finished job came in on time and within budget. There were no surprises. He was always there when he said he would be and made sure to leave his work area immaculate. We could not have asked for a better experience with a contractor. I highly recommend Jim and Corcia Contracting.
Description of Work: Jim renovated our finished basement, which essentially doubled the size of the finished area. This included adding new walls, ceiling, doors, molding, etc.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE HAD GOTTEN A FEW ESTIMATES AND THIS COMPANY HAD A GOOD PRICE. THEY FINISHED THE WHOLE JOB IN TWO DAYS TIME AND THE CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR OLD ROOF REMOVED AND A NEW ROOF INSTALLED.
