It was the biggest storm this winter - Jonas. I tried to shovel myself and became injured. I called 6 contractors: 3 - had filled mailboxes, 2 - I left messages and no one called back. When I called the Charlie George Landscaping Company, a very pleasant woman answered and promised to get back to me with price information and a time when I could expect them. They followed up, did a great job and charged a fair price. I recommend this company for snow removal and plan to use them again.? ? ?

We found Charlie George after an Internet search. We were looking for someone to gather the leaves from in front of and behind our home. Charlie George responded to our inquiry really quickly. They came by, while we weren't home, to look at the property and give us a quote. This was good because we didnt have to rearrange our work schedules. They sent a quote and asked is when we needed the work done. We told them that it needed to be completed before the city performed leaf removal. They were really accomodating and had the leaves cleaned up and gathered in time. We were out of town when the service was performed, but when we arrived home we were pleasantly surprised. The leaves were removed and our lawn and backyard looked fantastic! We were extremely happy with the results. Additionally, Charlie George was willing to work with us on payment. Typically they require first time users to pay before the service is performed. Because we contacyed them at the last minute and we were out of town, we could not remit payment until after we returned and after the work was done. They accomodated our situation and performed the work anyway. We were really appreciative of their willingness to work with us. We will definitely use them again for snow removal and spring/summer landscaping. We highly recommend Charlie George!

Charlie had a team of people at my house within two days of contact and they totally changed the look. Due to Hurricane Sandy we had a lot of problems with the yard and shrubs, and there was a lot of work to do. Charlie's guys took care of the yard really quickly, and it went from looking awful to looking great in less than a day.

They do the job and it's great. My only complaint is that in the summertime, they come every week to cut the grass whether it grows or not unless I tell them not to come and they charge me for it. They shouldn't mow when it is not needed. He uses immigrant labor. They do a good job. I haven't priced a lot of things so I don't know if they are expensive or cheap. They are neat and clean. They used to live in the neighborhood so my kids went to school with some of them so when I needed somebody I called them. The wife runs the office from the house and she is always there. I can tell her what I need. She is very responsive. I pay $40 for the mowing and the snow removal is based on how much snow fell. They have been pretty good getting here after the snow falls. They have been very business-like when I have interacted with them.
