We are very satisfied with our home inspection completed by Joe. He was on-time (early), very thorough and explained as we walked the property ground each item that he would list on his report. As first time home buyers he took his time with us explaining everything from gutters, to siding, the roof even took my husband on the roof to explain deficiencies.He explained what we should do for general maintenance work around the house. Not only was he knowledgeable he was very nice and answered all of our questions. Without a doubt, we would use him again and recommend his service to all of our family and friends.

Nick was very helpful and patient through-out the inspection process. He not only explained the issues to us very well but also gave some inputs on how to care for the various things in the home. We also called in a few time after the inspection and he gave practical inputs on all questions raised. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection service.

This was for a four family investment property purchase. He did a professional job, knew what he was doing, charged a very fair price and provided a clear, detailed report within a very short time - a couple of days, if I recall. Would gladly use him again.

He provided the inspection report within 2 days. The report was thorough and well-written, and was easy for us to understand. Joe was very professional. He got to the house before the scheduled time and started to work right away as soon as we got there. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all the questions we had. It was a Friday and we got the report on Sunday night! The report was very detailed with pictures and recommendations on plans of action. Highly recommend, will definitely use him again.

I called and had an appointment within two days. Joe did the inspection and he was punctual, professional, and informative. as the inspection was taking place, Joe was showing us the points of concern by pointing them out and/or showing us the photographs taken. Two days after the home inspection was complete, we asked Joe to perform a tank sweep, which he did within two days. The reports were emailed to us two days after each completed inspection (home inspection, tank sweep, and Radon) with no surpirses since Joe had informed us of his findings after each inspection. From start to finish/ top to bottom, Joe did an excellent job. He was extremely punctual as well as very polite. He gave us an extremely thorough inspection all the while helping us to comprehend everything he was going over. He answered our questions before, during as well as after our inspection. Never making us feel uncomfortable while asking our 100's of inquiries. He took his time and never felt rushed throughout the process. My wife watches Holmes Inspection on HGTV all of the time and the only difference was that Joe didn't tear down walls, chiminey's and roof's (but then again no inspector does, but I do believe if Joe was allowed to he just might've, LoL) It was everything we looked for in a home inspector. We will be using him again for a reinspection should we close on the property. Joe cares about his profession as well as his customer AND IT SHOWS! Thanks Joe for your hard work and dedication.
