+ 0 moreThey said they were there to clean up the leaves for Wendy's. They blew all the leaves onto the lot next door. When confronted their only response was that property was dirty so why did it matter. How are you cleaning up leaves and leave the site with no leaves or at least put them out for the city to take away.
